Faqu is teeming with activity.  People are talking... and banging on wood.  It looks like the activity hadn't stopped - not since the night of the kidnapping.  An old man chewing on a reed was sitting on the docks, an old straw hat clinging to his head.  He nods to them, leaning back to stay under a piece of small thatch roofing.  At least, it looks like a piece of small thatch roofing.

"People'll're busy fer a bit.  But you welcome in town, 'fcourse.  Gods'n'storms know what else'll happen."

In the town, it looks like people have been banging on wood... adding additional reinforcements, assembling impromptu barriers.  The town is sizable enough, but most of the defenses were natural - the stony hill-mounds were built into and around, and the walls that dug into them looked tough.

Quite intimidating for bandits.

Light and Murleena saw more than just bandits, from those priests.  Only a few of them seemed truly problematic though - few had significant armaments, and even less armor.  Maybe things would be just fine?
