Your boyfriend just dumped you. Coach is holding two-a-days after that brutal loss last week to rival West Texas. Your best friend's new squeeze turned out to be a vampire and you are pretty sure your chemistry teacher is a werewolf. Oh and mid terms are tomorrow and you haven't even started studying yet. And now your study group wants you to come with them to investigate that old house over on Elm Street.
Just another typical day here at East Texas University.
GAME SYSTEM/SETTING: Savage Worlds Adventure Edition with the ETU setting:
SYNOPSIS: The game will cover the players time at East Texas University from Freshman year to graduation. While there players will discover, unravel and hopefully solve a supernatural mystery that could destroy the world. The tone is a mix of Scooby-Doo, Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Cthulu, mixed with Animal House/American/Revenge of the Nerds.
CHARACTERS: I am looking for 4-6 players. Characters will be incoming Freshmen. As the game is set in a realistic setting -except for the supernatural stuff- players should keep that in mind when submitting characters. For example you would need a very good reason to have Shooting or Fighting above d6.
When submitting a character please include a brief bio that includes where they are from and what they plan on majoring in.
CHARACTER CREATION: As per Savage Worlds and ETU.
Step 1: Traits - 5 points to distribute
Step 2: Skills- 12 points to distribute.
Step 3: Hindrances - up to 4 points which can be used as follows:
- 2 points for an Edge
- 2 points to raise 1 attribute to the next die/rank
- 1 point for 1 more skill point
STEP 4: Edges -1 free Edge
Step 5: Final Touches.

POST RATE: I would like to keep of posting rate of one GM post every three days. If the players can keep up I can post more often. If you will be absent/away please just let me know. For post length I am more concerned withy quality over quantity.
