The Realm: A mega-city, where humanoid civilization thrives. The city is walled to keep out horrible and fearful creatures. The area next to the wall is all farmland, where most of the food for the city is produced. There are some things which are imported, and they are brought in by caravan, or flown in by magical creature. They come from other mega-cities settled by humanoids. The city has several districts. While anyone can live anywhere, by law, they tend to stick together, being more comfortable in their districts. They have come to have official names, given who lives in each.

• Hills of Legend: Where the long-lived races live, the elves, dwarves and gnomes. Large mansions and plots of land, lots of old money, lots of innovation. Scientists, engineers, magical tinkerers, etc.
• The Golden Grid: Humans and halflings live here, along with other attractive, short-lived races. Everything is laid out and organized to allow them to move quickly. Merchants, magical corner-cutters, etc.
• The Greens: Where orcs, kobolds, goblinoids and other humanoids live who aren't part of the PBH races. They are accepted, but often looked down on by the uneducated. Hard laborers, healers, etc.

There are other districts, as well. The Industrial District is called just that. Commercial operations are strewn throughout the city, not located in any one spot. Law enforcement is also strewn throughout. There is a central district called The Court. The palace is at the center, with other government buildings surrounding it. The BRHD building is located here, though in a rather dark corner of it. Religious buildings, temples, shrines, etc, are strewn throughout the city. There is no Realm-mandated worship; everyone worships as they please.
