After a few moments the door that led further in, opens and walks in the mage from the courtyard.She was followed by a short elven lady, and a dwarven male. the elven femal was speaking to the mage mid sentance. " reports from the courtyard, no one quite knows where they came from, but it is suspected the have come from a river barge."
"there are some many river vessels theses days, any come thru today or in the last few days?" asked the mage. the mage smiled at all the fighters. " greeting Adventures." she said with out waiting for a reply from the Elven lady. " I want to thank you for helping us out today." she looked at the girl holding the try of food. gave her a gesture. she just sat there start struck staring at the adventures. "Milly!" said the mage gently, getting her attention. the young girl quickly jumped and started to offer the try to the guests.

"Of course Father Timius. I will be ready." she left the rectory deep in thought. She went to the woods to think.

The two days went fast. The merchant was due today. She had a little place she went. A clearning with a little spring that flowed thru. A fallen log to sit on, and on the best days the sun streamed in, in just the right spot. She was sitting there now, on the log. She had her eyes closed, and the warm sun played on her face.

Jala her one and only friend, A little black wyvern, flew off she shoulder to catch bugs. She sat with her feet on the cool water. Still icy from the winter run off. "I cant belive we are finaly getting out of this town. " she sat and watched Jala catch bugs, daydream, and pray. {{My lord Mitran, please keep my home safe. PLease keep a watch on me on my journy }}

feeling more at peace she left the clearing, taking one last look. it was going to be a long time before she saw it again.
