You arrive at the office and enter its unusually busy with several of your co-workers at their desks.

You exchange the usual greetings and banter, then Flicker leans out of his office "Ah good your here, please come in"

"You got it, boss," Dei said.

Flicker walks back round his desk and sits down "First off good work yesterday. Zakron sent a quick message to let me know what you did" he slid a file on his desk across to Dei

"This is the next thing I'd like you to look into. It's a bit different, the watch want you to consult on case. Remember that wizard-thief? Well he was let off with a fine and community service, he didn't turn up so the watch went to pick him up.." Flickers voice trailed off

"Someone had killed him, since you tracked him down and spoke up for him. Sgt Stonecutter is hoping you might be able to help"

"Someone murdered him? That's horrible! I'd certainly be willin' to help," Dei said.

Flicker nodded "Good, just be careful. It's odd that the watch wanted help, something has them spooked"

"There's some kinda fake House with abba-rent dragonmarks around now gettin' up to no good," Dei said.

Flicker paused for a moment "I'd heard a bit about that, hopefully they are not involved in this one" he tapped the folder "the details are but it sounds like he was found in his abode, and that he was badly cut or torn up by something, sgt Stonecutter will meet you at the victims home address"

"Right, I'm on it, boss," Dei said, standing up and heading out.
