"Then we had best check you both" the priestess said she indicated Dei "You first, if you'll follow me" she said and led Dei to a small room.

"This shouldn't take too long" she explained "I'll examine the wounds and we can perform a few tests to see if the curse has been passed to you"

"Sure, uh, do I have to take my clothes off or anything?" Dei asked.

"You'll need to expose any wounds you took during your fight" the priestess replied "I'm Sister Fleur by the way, if having a name will make you a bit more comfortable"

"Will do," Dei said as did as she was asked.

The priestess examines the wounds and then takes out a symbol of the silver flame from a box, it is very well made and seems to glow with a faint power, she applies it to the wounds and seems to be checking for a reaction.

"Am I fine?" Dei asked.

Fleur watches the icon for a few moments longer and then nods "It appears so" she confirmed she picked up some bottles of a greenish looking salve "You should apply this to the wounds till they heal, but its just a precaution"

She put the icon away and turned back to Dei "You were very lucky though, more than one person has stuck down a werebeast only to find themselves replacing it"

"Thanks, I Guess I should send in, Danni next?" Dei asked as she took the vial.

"Please do" Fleur said "And may the Silver Flame guide you" she said as you left.

Outside Danni was conversing with Stonecutter, as some of the other priests took possession of the body of Delany.

"Yer turn," Dei said to her partner.

Danni nodded and headed into the room.

Stonecutter walked over to Dei "Thanks for your work, sorry about all this but can't be too careful. We'll have to try and find the rest of the gang. Where there is one were there is often more. Last thing we need is a big out break"

"Sure, he did admit to giving the order for the murder," Dei said.

"I wish that thief had warned us he was in trouble" Stonecutter said "Once Danni is finished with the priests you are free to go"

"Sure," Dei said. "At least it's been dealt with."

"That it has" Stonecutter sighed "This city has always had some criminal elements. All big cities do but between the assassins running about with Aberrant dragonmarks and this Dassk lot.. Seems to me like things are moving in ways that could be bad for most of us"

"Daask did give this guy up to me," Dei said. "Went too far for them."

"They did, interesting" Stonecutter said stroking his beard a thoughtful expression on his face.

Before he elaborated further Danni reappeared also holding a jar of salve "All clear here" he said cheerfully.

"That's great!" Dei said.

Danni nodded "It's a relief" he agreed but before he could say more Sgt Stonecutter interrupted "Looks like you're both clear, so let's leave the brothers and sisters to their duties" he suggested and led the way out side "Your pay 75 gold for finding the killer and another 75 for dealing with a were" he said holding out a fat bag of gold.

"Thank ya," Dei said, taking it. "Let's get out of here."

Danni nodded "Sure where to?"

"Let's just get away from here. I don't care where," Dei said.

Danni thought for a moment "Well what about a bar? Seems like your in the mood to just forget for a bit"

"Yeah, I guess. The one ya work at?" Dei asked.

Danni nodded "Seems a good as place as any"
