It doesn't take too long for you to travel across the city to Mirrored Dreams the greeter at the door looks surprised for a moment "Oh hey Danni, didn't think you were working tonight" she said quirking an eyebrow and Dei.

"Nope not working tonight. Just here to help a friend relax a bit" he said with a wink and walked in finding a table that was towards the back where they should be undisturbed.

Danni ordered some drinks and then raises his to Dei "To a job well done"

"Yeah," Dei said, raising her glass. "We'll split the payment fifty-fifty."

Danni smiled "Thanks Dei, that means a lot" he said "So are you going to be okay? You seem a bit down"

"A bit, yeah. I tried to help that guy and for him to wind up dead like that...," Dei said.

Danni nodded "From what I understand you tried your best for him, and it did make a difference right? He changed his life for the better, if he carried on his path he'd probably ended up stealing from the wrong person"

"Sure, I was just hopin' for a better outcome," Dei said.

Danni nodded "Then for now, like let's cewhat did go right and worry about the rest after?" He suggested "Another round" he called out to one of the nearby staff.

"Sure, drinking is good," Dei said.

"Want to see if I can drink you under the table then? I'll cover the drink" Danni offered a note of challenge in his voice.

"Are ya sure? Yer pretty small...," Dei said. "But yer on."

"Size isn't everything, I know how to hold my own" Danni replied with a smirk as more drinks were brought out "Keep them coming" he commented to the staff member.

Dei took the shot.

Danni takes the next and downs it more or less smoothly "And here I thought you were the big drinker Dei"

Dei hiccupped.

"I drink a lot! I'm not so good at it..."

Danni finished his drink and put the glass down "I think I win" he said "You still good?"

"I'm good!" Dei said.

"Well that's good because the night is still young" Danni said chuckling and Dei was able to enjoy a somewhat relaxing night before slowly making her way home.
