"Yes, chicken now," Dei said, heading to find food carts.

You are quickly able to find food carts and estimate it will cost about 5g to get enough for a basic party.

Dei spent an extra couple of silver to get plenty of chicken for her familiar.

You gather the supplies and head back towards the Longfallow residence. Ms Longfallow seems to have returned along with a gaggle of others a mix of humans and gnomes chatting excitedly "Oh Dei there you are, please come meet the the others"

The next few minutes go by in a whirl of introductions "This is Deiluci Scarmiglione the benefactor of our little get together "

"Ah, hi," Dei said.

"Come in" Ms Longfallow said "oh that's a good bit of food let's get it ready shall we"

"Sure thing, but I'll tell ya right out that I ain't the best at that," Dei said.

"That's fine deary" Ms Longfallow said "Just need an extra pair of hands"

"Ah, that I can do," Dei said.

"You're a good soul. Helping us folk like this" the gnome matriarch said "A taste of home will mean a lot to us"

"Don't mention it," Dei said. "Ya'll been rather kind to me."

The gnome looks embarrassed "Just our way, be good to each other, pass on what joy you can"

"Yep. I still appreciate it," Dei said.

You help prep the food and soon the party is in full swing.

Dei decided to stay on the sidelines.

The gathered Cyreans eat, drink, chat and dance and sing. It seems that they haven't had much chance to unwind as a group recently.

The door opens and Danni walks in "Hi mom, wh-" he stops looking surprised at the rowdy gathering "hey Dei, you got something to do with this?"

"Yeah, I bought a few bottles of fire whiskey so yer mom could have a party," Dei said.

Danni whistled softly "Damn Dei that is generous. You met the guys selling Cyrean artifacts then, what did you think?"

"Suspicious as the Nine Hells," Dei said.

"Kinda what I figured" Danni replied "But I guess that's a worry for another day"

Dei nodded.

"Yer folks had been so nice to me, I thought I'd do somethin' for 'em."

The party goes on into the early hours but you eventually make your way home, and sleep.
