Dei drives her rapier into the red cloak and he grunts in pain and looks down at the blade "You went and killed me skiv" he said sounding shocked "this wasn't how it was meant to go" he added as he fell back off the blade and hit the ground.

"No, it was and it did," Dei said. "Let's get out of here."

Dei and Czeka nod, your group reaches the door and passes through as the bell begins to toll.

"Thank the gods we got out of there in time," Dei said.

"What do you mean?" Czeka asked as the tolls continue and as the 13th boom peels out the city behind the door screams.

"That," Dei said, making sure to reset the locks.

"What in the 7 hells is that?" Czeka asked looking shaken.

"I don't know, but that clock chimin' thirteen times makes the ghosts go crazy." Dei said.

"But as long as that door is closed, they can't get out?" Czeka asked hesitantly.

"With the spells back in place, it should be fine," Dei said.

"I wasn't convinced about giving you the book" Czeka said "but now.. it was the right call"

"Well, thanks," Dei said.

Czeka snorted "What now?" She asked.

"I think we're done here. We helped you guys take another one of those red cloaks on top of it," Dei said.

Czeka nodded "I imagine now the book is off the table things will quiet down around here" she agreed.

"I hope so," Dei said.

"Yoou going to head up city now?" Czeka asked.

"Yeah, thanks for the help," Dei said.

Czeka shrugs "I owe you my life, so don't worry about it" she said " consider it a down payment"

"I guess us 'monster girls' gotta stick together," Dei said.

"I guess there is that too" Czeka said "Well I can at least escort you out of here" she said and your group was able to sneak out of the foundry and back into the cogs proper.

"Thanks," Dei said. "Good to have worked with ya."

"Likewise and if you ever get tired of working up city. Feel free to join us" Czeka said before turning to head towards the cog slums.

"Let's head back up," Dei said.

Danni nodded "Yeah, let's get going" he said.
