Rules of the Game:

1. We will use the rules in the game, not those that are outside of the game.
2. Only the main nations found in the core book can be used. Same goes with the other source books such as pirate nation, etc.
3. The game itself will have a more dark feel than what is intended for 7th Sea rules. The game will have some of the following: rape, torture, slavery, hatred, etc. Do not expect that most of these details will be very detailed but rather implied.
4. There is no plan for the story elements of this game. I am going in cold with a minor idea of what I would want to play in 7th Sea. I will use game backgrounds and questions to further develop the game world as well as adventure.
5. Advancements will not follow that of the traditional rules as we are not following a traditional table top setting. Instead major milestones and time will play the biggest factor. People who stay will be rewarded for staying.
6. You are a hero but tragedy can and will follow you. This isn't a game of something similar to Pirates of the Caribbean but more like a game of people who become heroes.
7. Keep hero squabbles to a minimum unless it is agreed on by both players. You don't have to like the other people you play with but give them respect.
8. Submit a character to me with a background. I don't need pages of background but something that I can ask you questions about works well for developing the character more.
