The city of Heartwell has several districts within it. Below you can find the districts and their unique features.
Diamond Heights:
Traveling to the north of Heartswell City, you will find yourself in the Diamond Heights district. The district as a whole is pristine. Litter is cleaned up promptly, graffiti is cleaned with expedience, and anything that would be considered an ‘eyesore’ would be sure to attract the wrong kind of attention in Diamond Heights.
The buildings are all of newer construction, the residential area are mostly private estates that are afforded by the affluent, that come with grounds and typically have their own security. These homes generally border on the far northern edge of the city limits.
The retail center of Diamond Heights is the envy of all other districts in the city. Any business wishes that they could have a retail outlet in the heart of Diamond Heights, and those businesses that do, turn a tidy profit. While there are other malls in Heartswell, typically speaking, this is the mall worth talking about. Four levels of extravagant shopping, a movie theatre, and of course, even the food court is more upscale than you might find in your lesser malls.
Everything high end and expensive will usually find its home here in this district, and that is reflected by the general cleanliness and order exhibited in the district. The area is well patrolled by both HCPD and private security. And anyone looking to cause trouble will generally find stores with state of the art anti-theft systems in place.

Rorke’s Row
In the Southern end of city, you find what the locals call ‘The Row’. And it is the farthest away from neat, fashionable, and trendy that you can find. The neighborhood is comprised of lots of different warehouses and factories that comprise the majority of Heartwell’s Blue collar workforce. And even the residential buildings in the district are built in the same fashion. Repetitive, indistinct brick townhouse and cookie cutter stucco single family homes give the Row an altogether industrial feel.
Despite the labor minded workers of the district, Rorke’s Row has seen better days. Street gangs are a constant fact of life in the Row, and violence is on the rise. Graffiti marks plenty of brick walls, claiming territory for one gang or the other, or warning people of a street war, if you know how to understand it.
The police force in the Row is underfunded and struggling to keep up with the rise in crime. Leaving most citizens to feel the need to at least partially fend for themselves. People in the Row can be expected to mind their own business.
The one glaring exception to the rules regarding appearance in the Row, is club Asylum. The club is the hottest ticket in the city, if you can get in. And the place is franchised out by the owners of the Asylum brand Therese, and Jeanette Voerman.
