Character Creation

I see my character as siding with the Camarilla.  In his eyes there is freedom in order.  If other follow the rules he will be able to chase his own goals.  He will be criticised by many other Brujah for be a lacking of the Ivory Tower and the Blue Bloods.  Brujah are the clan of rebels, and what better act of rebellion is there but to stick it to the elders that for centuries were members of the Camarilla and now say us younger kindred that we can not.

As for Fisk he is a crimeloard that seeks to control the world around him.  In most social situation he comes across as cool, calm and charismatic, but beneath the surface is a violent rage.  Fisk is physically powerful and manipulative.  My character will be built around that idea.

I'm at work at the moment, I will put more up tonight when I get home.

More detailed concept.

Alice Silvermann is a Tremere Praepositor, descendant of Goratrix, and one of the pioneers of the art of blood contracts. In mortal life, Alice was a renowned architect and worked for the Heartwell government as a city planner. Death, and initiation into the blood arts, have deeply affected Alice, opening her eyes to the secret beauty of the world. She is still an architect, now working on the social foundations for the House Tremere. As a side project, Alice seeks the remnants of the forsaken clan Baali, believing that whatever it was they knew can be used to strengthen the new Tremere and her pact-making ability.

Andres 'The Hatchet' Hasler in life was in the employment of the Medellin crime family.  He was ambitious and ruthless.  He quickly rose through the ranks from errand boy to solider, then to enforcer.  This is where Andre took his sire's notice.  After his embrace Andre left behind his mortal name to go by Andrew Falcone.  As Andrew he left for Heartwell to carve out his own cartel.

I am still working on who my sire is.  Any suggestions would be welcome.

Sire ideas:

1. Your sire is a former mobster who was trying to get you out of the crime life and on the path of good. - tragedy route
2. Your sire thinks you have a nice ass and embraced you because he loves you, but it's probably not going well.
3. Your sire is a passionate Anarch and you are a pawn in the proxy war against Heartwell's Camarilla.
4. Your sire crossed the Medellin family and you were part of the hit squad. When the dust settled, you were the last Medellin standing, and had the sire at your mercy, but chose not to kill him. The sire repaid the favor.

Thanks. I like number ideas three and four.  Being in the middle of war could lead to some interesting story options.
Option four would give me more reasons to leave whatever city I started in (Probably New York) and move to Heartwell.

Please for the time being just focus on building interesting characters. We'll focus on Coterie building and Sect allegiance when we have all of the players assembled. No problem to think about it now, but I don't want someone to set themselves up one way or the other to be thrown a curveball.

Sorry I'm trying to write out the chronicle, and it's of course taking more time then it should. Please bear with me and keep up the conversations.

Feedback on the ideas and which one to better go with is welcome
As often the case, I'd say to go with which you like better!
But: your Brujah seems more independent, into their own thing. So might give you more freedom and fit into more things ; while I imagine your Tremere would have more political links (working for House Tremere) which might bring more conflict (maybe even with other PCs).
My personal thought on the mini-bio (these are just some feelings/ideas, not trying to correct or say something is not good):
descendant of Goratrix, and one of the pioneers of the art of blood contracts
It seems to me that a 'normal' starting PC would be weaker than what you are stating here ("pioneer in the art" when only a couple dots in the Discipline). So maybe there is something to do re. what is expected of her (if she is a descendant of Goriatrix, but just now Embraced, she would be expected to shine in the blood arts ; and maybe she is made to be a roaming Praepositor to show what she can do... in order to take her expected higher position?).
For me, story-wise, I found it more interesting to see the heir of a super powerful Kindred as a new PC, and people who want her to fail, others to succeed, and her struggle to shine, or to go against that heritage (vs. seeking the Baali). This sounds like an inner, personal fight too, which is always nice.
Just my feeling.
Note: the architect background w. Tremere makes me think of ley lines possibilites etc..

If you go with the "low level gang enforcer" when Kine, then it does not fit well, in my eyes (but can be totally wrong) with "he left for Heartwell to carve out his own cartel".
It seems that if 'only' a low level enforcer, and a new Kindred (beginning PC), making your own cartel seems a big thing.
My feeling (again, just a thought) would be that either Andres was Embraced and sent to have the cartel get a foothold in Heartwell (like a test, Kindred level gang initiation), or else Andres flipped out with the Embrace and is on the run from the cartel, and wants to do his own thing now, maybe make his own gang (but not at cartel level).
re. your Sire: do you want a Sire that will help you (like a Contact/Patron etc.) or one that will create drama & story (an Enemy, that you hide from...)?

I have a couple PC ideas, and, truly, I am up to creating a character to go with someone else (if somone is interested in my PC being Embraced at the same time, or such, I am open to that).

My main idea so far:

Gangrel. Recently embraced (Sire possibly linked to the city-zoo?).
A teen (16 to 18?) from Rorke’s Row in Heartwell (is the city-zoo in that part of town, or close to there?).
Animalism and Protean Disciplines.
My idea so far: a "kid" (a teenager, but not super mature) who lives with a grandparent (orphan, or just abandoned). A loner, who does not fit in well at school. Closer to their pet than to other people. A couple years ago fell in love with the zoo: all those animals! Got a part time job there, or volunteers. Discovered they are very good with animals, has a good bond with them, can take care of them etc.. Really happy when at the zoo, thrives with animals.
Reason for being Embraced would be adapted to the situation of the Gangrel in the game. ie. if the Gangrel "own" the zoo, he would be Embraced for a Clan reason ; if no Gangrel etc., it could be a Sire who was passing through and felt it would help the kid.
Since I like the handle Pangea, I thought it might work for a Gangrel, and might keep it as the kid's nickname.
I was thinking of having the character be black - of Haitian origin, born in the U.S., but the grandparent born in Haiti - (if not seen as too cliché for someone from the bad part of town).
Not sure if male or female, both work for me.

But, as I said, if someone wants to create a duo, like two Kindred with the same Sire etc., I am fine with that.

Thanks for the input.  Here is a revised story.

Andres ‘The Hatchet’ Hasler worked his way up through the ranks in the Medellin crime family. On the night of his embrace Andres led an attack on a rival crime family the Falcones. His team was locked in a brutal battle with Falcone’s men. Eventually Andres and a handful men make it through to Don Falcone. Instead of executing the mob boss like they were instructed, Andre and the Medellin men just stood staring at Falcone who smiled at his assailants. What happened next was a blur. The mob boss said something, Andre cannot remember what it was, but it made the others with him run. Don Falcone then made an offer Andres could not refuse, the opportunity was to join the Falcones and become more powerful than he could possibly comprehend.

After the embrace Andre left behind his mortal name and took his sire’s surname. He now goes by Andrew Falcone. These nights Andrew Falcone moves through the streets of Heartwell trying to take control of the human underworld. He believes that this is a reward from his sire, and that he has been sent to carve out his domain in the name of the Falcone family. However, Andrew is being tested and is just a pawn in his sire’s games.

I'll actually disagree with that. V5 has quite a lot of options for young vampires to sit at the big boys' table as equals. Giovanni's "Aspiring Anziani", Samedi's "Baron's Hat", Ventrue "Heir of Hardestadt", and even the Tremere's "New Council". If the elders were all so great the vampiric society wouldn't be in a complete collapse ;)
As for blood contracts - the lovely Projects system is there to propel you into making things that are new and exciting. Blood Contracts aren't even a Blood Sorcery thing - they are an emergent property of the Blood.

I'm going to go with my Tremere idea, as I like it more and feel it ties nicely with what Gingernuts is doing.

Side-note, when I said "descendant of Goratrix" I meant "as a vampire", not "as a mortal".

As a request, I'd like to ask for at least 18 y.o. I find child vampire PCs to be intensely creepy in a bad way.
Otherwise, nothing much to say about the concept - animals are neat.

He leans far more on Toreador tropes, and he is pretty unconventional for that clan.

Malchavian is my favorite clan, but I think Toreador works better.

There is something to seeing art in death and bloodspatter. Im just not sure how crazy that makes him.

Concepts i have on the table:

Smirk, a Malkavian Business owner, he runs and partially owns the Asylum club located in Heartwell. He could be any sect realitically but fits more into independent as though he follows the rules he has no interest or devout faith in the principles they stand.

Zaleria, a Tzimisce cult leader, that gifts true beleivers and uses her mortals as tools to spread influence and power.

Dusk, a respected Banu Haqim enforcer for the camarilla and veteran of the last sect war.

Alice, a Hecata investigator that assists the local police on tough homicide cases and has contacts within the force. She also offers her services privately for a price and is cosidered and indepedent.
