This character is an anarch so you can do the freelance hitman character if you would like.

Re: Coterie build, relationship map

Appreciate that but I was being selfish expecting everyone else to change their concept but being unwilling myself. Alice works better for the team. It is better if Jesse is Anarch, and it doesnt hurt the integrity of what I want. This way we have a Nos Investigator, Hecate magic person, Toreador/Anarch hitman, and Cam shot caller. I like that dynamic, lets go with it, okay?

Re: Coterie build, relationship map

In reply to Jesse Candler (msg # 46):

Would it work better for the group if I swapped back to the Nosferatu build?

Alternatively, I could play a Brujah Blood Worshipper. That would fix the Anarch character problem and allow Alice to be the sole magic user.

Either of those would work. Which do you prefer, nos or bruj?

magic use doesn't really matter too much since you use blood sorcery and alice would use oblivion, very different kinds of magic haha

In reply to Jesse Candler (msg # 50):

Between the Nos and the Brujah, I'd go Brujah. One of the titles associated with Brujah are Hellenes, and I do love Greek culture and philosophy. From my limited experience with Brujah in Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines and LA by Night, it's a take on Brujah that I haven't seen before.

Re: Coterie build, relationship map

I would like us to get this settled if possible. As I understand it we have:
1.Brujah/Camerilla/Shot Caller
2.Toreador/Independant/Hit Man
3.Hacata/Independant/Oblivion Caster
4.Brujah/Anarch/Bloodworshipper (?)
-Hence forth I will refer to these characters by numbers.
Is this correct?

We are also going with a shared Haven:
1. Points (?)
2. Points (1)
3. Points (1?)
4. Points (2)
- Shared Haven will be a hotel using the Continetal from John Wick
- If S/T is good, the Continetal will be Elysiam, and our Coterie will be in charge of it

We will be either:
a. Those who handle Kindred who violate Masquerade
b. Those who do "black bag" operations
c. Those who do both a & b
d. Something else?

We have Coterie rules:
A. Coterie First, personal and other business come second
B. Coterie watches out for each other, probably because few others will
C. Never harm a child.
Others?

Re: Coterie build, relationship map

I have my coterie point to throw in for a joint haven and also have a point of haven myself however it is also creepy and unsettling so perhaps if we combine it's a basement room underground with the boilers etc out of a horror movie? If everyone is happy with that then 2 points towards haven from Alice.

Coterie type a&b can work well for Alice, she is good at investigating and tracking murderers so should be transferable skills in there.
I think those chronicle tenets will suffice.

Re: Coterie build, relationship map

I forgot the Coterie point for Haven from me as well. That makes 6 all together, a pretty well fortified Haven, yes? A point or 2 more won't hurt though.

Don't all hotels have creepy boiler room basements, like in Nightmare on Elm Street. Hey if we did have a Nos, then we could have Freddy Kruger, lol!

A Nosferatu Freddy Kruger might be fun. I think the Archetype is Hunter of Monsters. I'll make him Anarch aligned as well.

Re: Coterie build, relationship map

So looking like we have 7 points for the shared haven with Alice and Dom sharing a large creepy underground basement.

Probably want a few dots in chasse and lien eachso we have a bit of an area to operate in with haven at its centre and lien would be handy if we are in the hotel.

and coteries purpose appears to be Vehme with some 'black bag' activities on the side as well?

I knew the idea for the hotel came from the continental from the John Wick movies. I just thought it had a different name for the Chronicle. No worries I doubt we'll get sued.
