Group You enter the room and see: Five small tables, practically rotted to sawdust, are scattered about the floor.  In the corner is a pale, huddled shape.  The young maiden gasp as she see you, and cringes away covering her eyes.  "Don't hurt me again!" she weeps.  Her dark eyes are wide and fearful.  She is dressed in coarse peasant linen, but her features are refined and incredibly beautiful.  "Oh, I'm sorry I thought you were the bad men!  I beg of you, help me get out of here before they come back!"

"That seems like a trap." He said in his native Avalonia language. Sakura and the others knew much more about the people and how they should be treated so he was more than happy to let them talk to the bait.

He kept the firearm in a ready fire rest position but visually checked corners.

"With plesure. Stay still." Ryu simply states and looks around for a few seconds before pointing at the woman, firing a strand of ectoplasm to her.

John was willing to let them handle the situation with the woman. More than once having the white devil do the talking ended up in chaos or confusion, most of the time both. So John swept the room checking for anything other than the one person; Traps, doors, ect.

Though it as common place to keep such people around back in Avalon, just fewer traps.

John checked where he was asked but would wait until Sakura was done talking to the person. He didn't want to ruin any social advantage that may be had. He was, however, ready.

Group The woman stands there immobilize.  She looks pissed off at the rough treatment that she is receiving.  "There were three of them.  If you free me I could lead you to where they went."

Ooc: just to be safe. Did Akira sense anything with his 27 sense motive roll?

"We prefer to keep you safe. Just tell us where they are and what perils await for us. Also your name and how you got here."

Ryu calmly informed what they were going to do.

Group The bound woman glares at you.  "You call this keeping me safe?  So much for the valiant rescue that you read about in books.  Your group is no better than the men who patrol these halls.  My name is unimportant.  I came down here looking for some supplies for the castle.  What brings you down here?"

Shosuro OOC: You can only tell that she is very angry at being treated this way.

"You will be rescued when you will be out of here." Akira informs her and proceeds to tie her up.

"Poor little girl, we must put her somewhere safe soon." Ryu adds and blindfolds her with a handkerchief. "Bayushi Sakura, John, can you see she gets safe to the castle? Also look for a servant that can recognize her. Someone must know her. Then she can tell us everything we need to know." He looks to Sakura and then concentrates on the tied girl.

Detect Psionics on the woman.

"Right, sorry about this." John kept an eye on her hands but started leading the young lady out of the basement. Most of the servant class seemed plane looking so he assumed something was up. Best to get her to the servants upstairs and see if she was someone they knew. Or if he would have to start a bit of worry.

Group OOC: Whomever is approaching the woman to bind her needs to roll a WILL Save. before you can secure her with your rope and blind fold.

OOC: Akira had the rope so I guess he went to her first.

Group You bind and blindfold the woman and John gets ready to escort her out of the room.  Once this is accomplished John begins to escort the woman out of the room and towards the main castle.

Actions

Once she was bound and blindfolded John moves to escort her out of the room. It wasn't long before he was back. "I was able to find someone in the castle to take her off of my hands and now we can continue searching the lower levels provided there are not any more traps. Id rather not die in a spiked pit trap today."

Did I detect something? It is a cone shaped emanation aiming to the woman and her surroundings. Because Psionic-Magic transparency it can also detect magic as well.

OOC: Its an innate ability of hers.  So no I don't believe so.

OOC: If the innate ability is spell-like (SP) or supernatural (SU)Ryu can sense it. If it is just extraordinary, he can't.
