Fellowship rating is equal to 1 per Player-hero, plus a bonus from your Patron (+1 from Balin, +? from the other Patron: ???!), and the Man of Bree (Galar) has the Cultural Blessing Bree-blood which increases the Fellowship Rating by 1 point.

Eye Awareness is: "a rating measuring the level of attention that the Enemy reserves for the Company of Player-heroes. Its rating ebbs and flows based on their actions and wandering, and is kept track of from session to session.
When the Eye Awareness of a Company reaches a certain limit, it triggers the Hunt, representing the way that the Enemy is able to focus the hostility of the world itself towards the group of Player-heroes."
(you can avoid the Hunt for a long time if you do not trigger one during the Adventuring Phase, as all your points are reset come the Fellowship Phase).
Starting (basic) Eye Awareness Score (only showing what counts for you):
+1 if one or more Dwarves ; +2 if one or more Elves ; +3 if one or more Dúnedain...
One Company: 1 starting Score
The Other Company: 5 starting Score

I will note both scores in my bio' (the 2 lines under my avatar).
I will put the One Company first, followed by the Other Company.
And put the current score first, followed by the basic score in ( ).
