Alright... I've created level 1 versions of three builds I've been wanting to try, as less-than-heroic NPCs. Knowing that you have four PCs, I will cobble together another build as things progress.
As for next steps, I really want to get a better understanding of your characters before I spend too much time planning any arcs. Reptile and Mantis are current characters in Shadow's Veil, and we know they ultimately survive, I still feel it'll be interesting to explore what they've gone through to get here. That said, their arcs will require more thought than Rat or Finnegan's.
With that said, tell me more about Rat and Finnegan--and don't forget to include what it is you want included for them. As I build these arcs, I need to consider setting and theme.

Edit: Although I created level 1 versions of my NPCs, it is not my intention to play at level 1. If you want to play a higher level, just include that in your response(s).

As of right now, I'm planning on a survival horror theme for Mantis and Rat; and a pulp adventure for Finnegan. I'm struggling with Reptile, as most of his backstory has already been covered...

However, I'm still awaiting your thoughts.

Both sound good to me.  Maybe a classic adventure story for Reptile.  His background is absolutely full of them.
