Locked in a cell with no clue to what was going on outside the walls of the Keep, Catrina waits and tries to recover from the magical assault unleashed by the purple robed kobald.

Catrina tries to rest from her wounds, she mostly took a meditative stance like her parents have taught her whenever she's injured. It worked to heal off most of the damage she sustained from that surprise attack.

Billy looks in during Catrina's meditation. He places a small pitcher of water on the floor of the cell, then turns away, cursing his luck for being stuck in here.

"Mmm, you don't have to stand guard for me you know. I'm not doing much." Catrina says in her meditation as Billy was about to leave,"Hmm, I wonder what's happening out their right now."

Billy scoffs at her. "I follow orders." He looks at the hall that leads away from the cell. "No more horns. Might be a good sign."

"I hope that's the case, not hearing a lot of noise out their. Can't really tell if that's good or bad." Cat says with a grumble of boredom mostly.

Their a long pause now, then Catrina breaks it again,"So.. got any family?"

Billy glares at her. "Parents, two brothers, they were at the festival, did not make it back to the Keep."

Now their was an even longer and more awkward pause,"... So got any lover?" she says, making another small talk attempt.

No

"Cool, cool!" Cat says as she starts tapping her fingers,"So, pretty bad weather we got here. What with dragons flying around and whatnot."

"Storm's coming, can feel it in my bones"

"Hmm, a storm? Sounds like we need to prepare then." Catrina says, then stays silent and waits for what happens next.

"Eh, I meant on more like an ominous or metaphorical kind of prepared. I can feel it too, something bigger than a storm is coming and I have no clue if it's here now or it's just waiting." Catrina says in her meditative stance.

The door to the room opened and two figures entering. The first was a guard, but the second was someone who they recognised....the woman who was helping the governor with the incident.

She stepped in and crossed her arms, her expression cold. "I saw you fight in the village....your good with your fists." she looked at Billy and nodded, then back to catrina. "... Shame your mind isn't as strong as that."

She stepped forward, slowly and spoke in a low tone. "What you did endangered people - innocent peoples lives just to sate your own pride. Before you spoke, things were going well....luckily we were able to save everyone."

She paused, crossing her arms. "....no thanks to you."

The woman started pacing slowly as she looked at her. "Fortunately you have a chance to save face, and trust me...the people here are talking about what happened. You jeopardised hundreds of lives and almost died in the process."

She stopped and again faced her. "...but, I have seen your skill, bravery and willingness to stand up for those who need it, which I admire. Granted your tact  is non existent, but there is potential."

She put her arms behind her back. "I am here to issue you a proposal, but listen carefully and think this through because these are your options."

She holds up her finger. "The first is the govener finds your actions in account to today as treason against the village. You will be, at best banished, at worst locked up for your life. Your very name will utter contempt to all - even your family will suffer."

She holds up her second finger. "You are granted a little leniency and will be exiled, never to return. Your name will forever be known, and the stain will hamper your family for the rest of days."

She leans forward, holding up her third finger. "....or three. I am meeting the govener this afternoon to see what can be done about this. You pledge to help me in this and it may hold stead in your standing with the govener and this town."

She looks at her full in the eyes. "I will speak for your freedom, in return you will be in my care. You will heed my words, and do what I say."

She leans in. "Believe me when I say that many here would not care if you rot in this cell. Me, I see you can do some good if you bit your tongue and followed orders. So your option is this. Come with me, help this town and help me....When I say hold, you hold. Or you can stay here and rot while your family faces the rewards of your action toady."

She turns and starts for the door, but pauses and turns. "Your choice."

Catrina looked at appearance of a Half-Elf with a raise brow, then nods her head as she praised her wrestling moves but promptly stops as her intelligence felt insulted,"Hey, that's a bit uncalled for..." she stopped as she stepped forward and spoke somewhat threateningly. She didn't like how this situation was going but as she spoke, she starts realizing the actions that she's done and what it would do to her family reputation but she doesn't say anything as the half-elf kept continuing until the point she starts proposing the choice available to her. Their was a long pause after that as Catrina was silent, she then stood up from her stance, then the imposing woman that above 6 feet walks toward the half-elf and grasp the bars. She's now face to face with her and despite her flashy appearance, she's rather an intimidating figure to meet up close,"Huh, so my choices are to rot in this cell or be exiled, of which that would tarnish the GreySkys reputation. Or I could work for a stranger such as yourself in order to fix the mistakes I committed." she says, then with a clenched fist, she immediately throws a punch at her face,

which was then redirected straight to the wall, theirs now a fist sized concrete wall with it's entire structure filled with cracks,"Phew, sorry about that, whenever I try meditating I just need to unleash some stress through punching." she says, her hand completely fine after delivering such a destructive blow,"So those are my choices here huh. One minor tidbit that I found wrong in your proposal is that you believe my actions here today could tarnish my family reputation. We'll be wronged." she says with a sudden pose,"The GreySky family have been the pinnacle of stalwart strength, whether it's the arena or accusations from the public, were an impenetrable and stubborn family of brawlers. Nothing can tarnish our need to please the audience" she says with determined vigor and then stays silent again,"... Those prisoners that I endangered though, you said they were all fine hmm. I admit, I almost messed it up and let them all die in my failure. If that were to happen... then I would have to have rescind my name. To keep wearing the mask that I wear, knowing that I'm responsible for causing that many to die is shameful." she says as she balls up her hand into a fist and clenched it hard enough to bleed. She then sighs and looks back to Sora,"... You've got yourself a deal, you'll be my boss and I'll follow you through fire and brimstones. But be warn, a GreySky is known to always take foolhardy and challenging decisions, there are no guarantees the danger I might bring for your crew. Are you sure you wanna pick someone like me to be by your side." she says, making a pose to cover her face,"However, that just means that I'll take the most dangerous orders that you would make me do without hesitation, boss lady."

Catrina may imagine or even visualize cracks in the stone. However, the stone wall is completely intact.

The guard shakes his head with contempt, but says nothing.

Sora doesn't flinch as she makes to hit her, and when she hits the wall, is devout of any emotion. She let's her speak her peace and shakes her head. "I don't think you fully understand the gravity of what you have done. Many people had family out there, and they will see you as the person who almost had them killed. This isn't about the reputation of being brawlers or fighters - judging by your skills, well earned. No....this is about a family of people willing to sacrifice others for pride. THAT is the reputation your family will face. People will not trust them, they will distance themselves and people your family called friends will pull away. Your parents will be alone."

When she let that sink in, she continued. "Do not take this lightly. IF I can get you released in my care, and right now that is a big if right now given how angry the governor is, You will be in my care. Any mistakes will fall on me."

She loomed at the guard, his look of contempt she guessed that he had family outside. She turned back. "When in town, you will do what I say, when I say it. In the wilds, you want to run in and kill a bear, a group of goblins or a dragon, you can. But in town, you will do what I say. You endanger myself or anyone else who comes with us and I'll kill you myself. I am all for chaos and violence when needed....but there is a time and a place. If you can't do what I say or control yourself, speak now."

Hector nods, when Sora warns of taints to the GreySky name.

Heard a bard in the courtyard, working up a song. "GreySky on the Wall". I don't think she will be flattered. Most I've talked to would rather see her stoned for Criminal Stupidity than see her go free. I'd be careful taking her on.

Catrina promptly ignores the guard's comment but she she stays silent as Sora's warnings. She does not reply to it but the half-elf can see that she flinched a bit from her claim,"... Well, your the boss, I'll take your orders to the letter. You have my word... So, now what?"

Sora looked at Hector and nodded. She knew she was taking a rish having her, but she didn't deny her strength. She looked at Hector. "I'll deal with that when the time comes. But it would be better putting her strength to use." she looked at Catrina with a slight smile. "...who knows, she may learn something from this."

She stepped forward so only catrina only heard. "You will learn a name is more than just words - good or bad. When we are alone, I will tell you a tale."

She sighed and turned to leave. "For now, you stay here. I'll plead your case to the govener. I meet him at noon so by this afternoon  I will either be back to release you or tell you what next. For now, sit tight...and by the gods, don't hit any walls!"

She turns and leaves the cell.

"Heh, I won't make any promises on my wall hitting skills, but I'll definitely try." Catrina says and goes back to her meditative stance as Sora left. Their was now silence in her cell.

"Sooo, got any family?" Catrina abruptly ends the silence to make the same awkward conversation to a completely different guard.

Hector turns his back to the door and watches the hall leading to the cell.

"Hmm, what about a lover? Got anyone you wanna see?" Cat says, continuing her poor attempt at small talk.

"Not interested"

"Well fine, if you won't talk about yourself. I'll just guess about your life story." Cat says and looks at the gaurd closely,"Hmm, you bring up vibes that says, I once lost a bet and kissed a mackerel, from then on, many of the guards have called me Mackerel Lover ever since. So did I hit the mark Mackerel Lover." she says in jest.

"Not funny"

"Oh contraire, Mr. Lover, I think it is quite funny." Cat says with a grin,"Doesn't mean I'm done giving yourself a backstory, hmm, let me think what else you give off. Oh, I know, folks called you the finest guardsman in all of Greenest, but you had a dream to either become an adventurer to save damsels and slay dragon's like a dashing knight or become a shoemaker to open up your own shop. Until your earned enough money or experience, you'll be fine staying as the finest guardsman til you've achieved your dream, did I hit the mark?"

Cat snaps her fingers,"Drat, gonna have to use the GreySky Family Secret mi Reading Technique." she say as she rubs her temples and thinks on what this guards past is,"Hmm, ah, you were once a simple farmer, however you love Greenest so much that you wanted to defend it with all your heart. Then a fairy godmother appeared and granted your wish. She trained you harshly in the skills of martial arts, until you finally become Greenest greatest swordsman."

"Guards use spears."

"Ah, that's right, hmm, and it doesn't look like I've hit the mark too." Catrina says and tries thinking about the next backstory idea,"Oh, I got it, your father was a former guardsman and you wanted to be just like him when you grow up. When you've master the pitchfork, you've mastered the spear and you were none far and wide in all things guardsman that you were considered the best of the best guard around all of Faerun."

"Dad's a Teamster."

"Gah, your such a mysterious enigma guardsman, I can't tell who you are... But hey, progress." Cat says, giving herself a fist pump,"So your dad was a teamster, than you must have some experiences with horses. Have you ever rode one before?"

"Of course"

Ned approaches Hector a bit sheepishly.

"Um hi Hector, Is um, there a big girl in the cells?" He smiles. "Got a message for, um what's her name?"

Hector wonders what he's done to offend the gods.

"Hi Ned"

He points down the hall.

"GreySky's in the first cell, Bertha's further down.".

Ned scratches his head.

Hector tries not to roll his eyes.

"Wrong um name."

He smiles as a thought occurs to him.

"Bertha's Big."

Hector snickers

Ned walks past Catrina without looking at her and stops two cells down.

The woman in the cell scratches her head and blinks.

"Hi um... Bross says he's aah, trying to get you freed."

He smiles and walks back to Hector.

"Um, is there a cobbler here?"

Ned walks away, confused.

Bertha stands up opens her unlocked cell door and looks at Hector.

"What the hell was that?"

"Impressive! I've always wanted to ride a horse, never had the money though." Cat replies to Hector's response, then sees someone gave her a message,"Ohh, a visitor, it has been years since the last one came. Please, go ahead and ask me what you wish of me." she says, then sees that he past by her and spoke toward another cell,"Hey, ugh, that message was meant for me."

"Don't ask"

Hector stands staring at the wall wodering when his releif will arrive.

"Oh well, at least I know that Mr Tallcut has my back." Cat mumbles to herself, then starts talking to the woman,"And just so you know lady, I'm way bigger than you. I can't really see you in this angle, but I'm confident in my height."

Bertha laughs out loud.

"How tall are ye when you're on your back?"

"point Bertha"

"Oof, that as a low blow to my pride lady." Cat says, but also gives out a laugh,"Haha, but anyways, what are you in for. Well, I guess you aren't really another prisoner, you the janitor around here?"

"Sometimes I wake up in here after a party. They let me go when I sober up."

"Hah, nice, must of been one heck of a party." Cat says, appreciating the company of a fellow free spirit,"... So, guardsman, you dating anyone." she says, not really insinuating anything, just picking a random topic that pop out of her head.

"Not saying"

Bertha laughed.

"Must've been. Woke up here."

"Huh, how cheeky of you." Cat says in jest,"Hmm, I wonder what the others are discussing?" she says, then stays quiet for a while.

"So... Bertha, do you got a family?" Cat says after the longest pause, she immediately got bored.

Bertha answered with a snore. Apparently not quite finished with her nap.

Billy returns and greets Hector with a nod. He hands him a rope, a clean hanky and a burlap sack.

"GreySky is leaving. We're to gag her, bind her hands and bring her to the bridge. I brought the sack for our benefit. If a crowd eecognizeses her, we're likey to be pelted with shite." ,

He looks at Catrina,

"Back away from the door and follow our instuctions. You will be freed to your friend once we reach the bridge."

"Geez, what great reception and accomodations." the masked woman says,"But finally, let's go already."

Billy opens the door. Hector holds ties her hands firmly in front of her. He slips off her mask and somewhat gently pushes the clean cloth into her mouth. He puts the mask bak on then sacks her head with the burlap bag.

"Come with us."

Each of the guards takes one of her arms and they lead her through the keep to the gate.

Catrina shrugs and let's them lead her to the bridge.
