Human Warlock (Fiend Patron) worshiper of Pelor/Heironeous (it's a long story...)

5e games have so much competition, glad to get in on this one!

Well so far the dwarves have the majority so things will be done the proper way.. The dwarf way!

Bhagrim Dweomerdelf is a dwarf down on his luck. His clan all but wiped out, his ancestral hold lost to bitter enemies. He wanders about with shame and anger in his heart at not honorably  dying alongside his kin. He's just a bit too eager to find a fight and risk it all and has fought in arenas and takes on dangerous missions. Naturally, he's  a barbarian. :)

Durgo has a similar origin, his clan decimated by waves of war versus the armies of the various nobles vying for the throne.  Until there were too few to work the mines, let alone defend them.  His primary concern, however, is getting the remainder of the clan to safety.  He feels the caravan to the next kingdom is their only hope of survival.

With a little tweeting and compromise,  you could be from the same clan.

I was actually thinking about that myself.

Yeah, I figured the Cleric/Paladin niche would be popular in this setting. I'm glad I get to give Avri a try.


Brother Avri is just a humble Cleric of Pelor trying to help people out in this fiend-eat-human world. That's it. No secrets or mysteries in his background at all, nope ;)

whelp... I know ONE PC that Nedal will try to avoid talking to at almost all costs... :D

EDIT: For those of us who don't need sweet armor/weapons/etc can we use some of our starting gold on Common magic items? Healing Potions? Others?

I blame John Rhys Davies for making everyone want to give dwarves a Scottish accent, when they were primarily a Germanic and Scandinavian myth.

Yeah you can spend it on what you want.

Yeah, might as well give them a Russian accent in that case.

Seriously, he might try to have a conversation or three about healthier life choices, but compassion *is* part of Pelor's dogma along with the evil-smiting.

Hello all, I'll be playing the beefy, vainglorious grapple-fighter here to put Hextor in a headlock and make him cry like a baby.

I can do the Scottish accent.  It'll give me a chance to use my list of colorful Scottish insults.

Yeah, I got 2 super high rolls, one average and three super low ones. Well, I suppose it fits the character :D
