Campaign Mech TRO
I'm going to take a page from the last campaign and simply presume that i can't post everything at once.  It's just too time consuming, so I will post stuff one at a time as they as used.

Bookkeeping Phase

As per your Mercenary Contract, Combat Pay and Bonus is earned by bringing results in the mission, Maintenance Compensation is alloted during bookkeeping to help with the cost of unit Upkeep.  This calculations for compensation is equal to the Mech's size x 5 rp.


Maintenance and Upkeep
A unit requires maintenance to function properly.
The cost for this is equal to the Mech's PV in resource points.

Units that are Ubiquitous have this cost reduced by 25%.
Units that are easy to Maintain have this cost reduced by 25%.
(The above does stack so units with both will reduce the cost by 50%)

Units that are rugged pay this cost every other (even) Upkeep.



Modifications and Refits
During the Bookkeeping Phase it is possible for players to make minor modifications and refits to ONE mech in their unit.

The cost of such a refit is equal to the
If the new mech has a higher PV ~> (the Difference in PV between the two mechs x 10 rp) plus
(SIZE of the Mech x 10 rp)

Units that are Ubiquitous are so plentiful that documentation and parts for modifications reduce the cost of Modifications and Refits by 50%
