In GURPS terms, the DF blanket is a bedroll, so 4 lbs is fine.

How heavy are the chests and the other assorted loot like the mask, gem, and scroll tube? I think I'm getting close to busting out into medium when pulling.

Keira can pick up a bit more gear if that would help prevent that. But only 8 more pounds.

* The chests are 1.5 lbs each.
* The mask is 2 lbs.
* The gem has virtually no weight.
* The scroll tube we can set to 0.3 lb.

Gurth is right in the middle of the light encumbrance window now.  He is at about 150 lbs while he pulls the travios which weighs in at 91 lbs with everything on the list.  If you guys want to take anything else, go for it up to about 15 or 20 more lbs.

Aladin, where did you read that clothes don't add to encumbrance?

The short bow is 2 lbs.

200 silver coins weigh 2 lbs. The two leather bags they come in weigh another 0.2 lb. For a total of 2.2 lbs.

For a total weight, by my count, of 71.95 lbs.

Gurth, when I listed the weight of the scroll tube, it was just the scroll tube. With the contents, it weighs 1 lb.

Three full waterskins weigh 24.75 lbs.

In Basic, in the equipment section under Armour, it states that the clothing weight is included in the weight of Armour. Since I think most of us are wearing some kind of armour, we would not worry about clothing weight. Is that leather armour a whole suit weight?

Are you referring to "Each item on the tables includes an article of light, common clothing to wear underneath – or padding, if this is usual for the armor (e.g., mail includes cloth padding under the chain)."

If so, clothing or padding is included in the armor. If you in addition to this are wearing the legionnaire clothing, you are wearing more than what's included in the armor.

Or in other words, you are wearing legionnaire clothing, clothing included in the armor, and armor.

Both weights would count. As any clothes included in the armor is included in the weight of the armor. If you wear any additional clothes, that counts too.

I would have to give away 14 lbs to make a difference, so probably not worth it.

14 lbs means hard choices.   You didn't have much choice with the armor.  All of the leather armor was the same weight. I suppose you could lose parts of the set. You might have been better off with the light mail.
