-As an experiment, there will be some effectiveness limits on the game.
     -SPD 4 characters may have 15 DC attacks.
     -SPD 5 characters may have 12 DC attacks.
     -SPD 6 characters may have 10 DC attacks.

-Complications are only worth points if the actually limit your character!

-Code vs Killing - As superheroes, I expect the PCs will be reluctant to kill and make every effort to capture the villains instead.  As such, Psychological complications to that effect will generally be worth 0 points.  To be worth points, it will need to be somehow distinct and above that default moral standard.

-Secret Identities - If a character has one, it will generally be safe as long as the character exercise a minimum of discretion.  It will only be worth points if they are consequences for people finding out who you are.
