Thanks guys! I don't have any plans to drop this game at all. Mage has always been one of my favorite genres and so far I've been enjoying the stories we are telling together. I'm gonna try to get a final round of posts done either today or tomorrow before I go, just been a bit hectic with my puppy getting sick, my fiancée's phone breaking and needing to find a replacement and all the packing and last minute details! Been absolute chaos...so looking forward to the vacation! But rest assured, I'll be coming back and ready to keep our story moving forward! :)

Hi guys!

Just poking my head in to say I'm back from my trip, but caught some sort of bug on the flight back. Fortunately it wasn't COVID (got tested yesterday) but I'm definitely out for the count at the moment. Very difficult to concentrate while taking all these cold/flu medications, but just wanted to give y'all an update and assure you I haven't forgotten about this game!

I'm hoping I'll be feeling better within the next 48 hours and then I can resume posting. Thanks for your patience and understanding! :)

Thanks guys. I'm slowly recovering, but managed to get some posts out for folks :)

EDIT: Also, I've awarded everyone 10XP for the month of February. I will be handing out monthly XP awards, as well as XP awards tied to "reaching milestones" such as resolving specific story arcs, which will award more XP than the normal monthly amounts.

You need a dot of at least one Arcana used in the spell, though.

Yes, you can use Prime 1 plus (insert arcana used here) 1 to cast the Prime 1 Dispel version. Or if you have Prime 4, you just use Supernal Dispellation without needing additional arcana.

Okay, so what's next? I guess I should go debrief with Laverna. I could also see myself doing some research in the library, to see if any previous DC mage has run into these 'beast-magic' types. And of course we could check if any of the others are doing something they need help with.

Ehhhhh, "beast-magic" makes me think about something on the Werewolf: the Forsaken side of things? But this setting is (intentionally) cluttery and full of weird bits and pieces, and I'm not very well versed in it.

It's entirely up to you guys as how you'd like to proceed. If Acciaio wants to debrief with Laverna, I'm happy to run that follow up scene. It's up to you as to whether you bring Link along or want to handle that scene privately of course.

You can also go back to the Sanctum and do research if that's what you prefer, could wait around for some of the other members of the Cabal to return from their own scenes too.

Let me know what you'd like to do. I'm gonna go ahead and close out the other thread since it is now done.

Oh dear. Decisions. Ehhhhh... let's do the debrief. Link can come along if she wants - Acciaio hasn't gotten the feeling that these are any sort of internal Guardian business, more like a routine investigation.
