Deck 4 (forward) - Forward Phaser Array and Shield Generators

USS Phoenix has a dorsal phaser array on the primary hull that covers the entire semi-sphere above the ship.  A blind spot to the rear of the ship is covered by a secondary array located near the shuttlebay doors.  Secondary controls stations for the lower hull phaser arrays and photon torpedo bays are also located here.

The primary forward shield generators can be accessed from Deck 4 through a ladder well that drops down to Deck 5. Shields for the saucer section can be manually recalibrated here.

The office of the ship's Tactical Officer is located here.
