I'm not entirely sure how my stats work in actual game play myself, but I have to say that just the names seem like they'll contribute to fun roleplay.  For example, Devon has Doctor Coming Through, which means that in a medical situation she'll order anyone and everyone around.  Which is perfect for her.

The PBta system is brilliant. I really love how the rules work.

For those who are interested in the mechanics stuff:

Tweaked the Playbooks to balance out a couple of crew positions that didn’t have options for attribute buy ups.  Also brought in some moves from another PbtA game to add depth to a couple of the crew positions that I thought were a bit weak.

@Devon: +1XP for rankling the Captain with your salty bedside manner.

Does the captain want to start off the meeting and set the agenda? Up to the GM, but personally I think it's safe to assume we're all going to go the magic meeting room when the captain asks us :>
