Teranoc's gods are no longer communicating with the mortal world and the world itself seems cut off from the Astral Plane and the Outer Realms.
The world does appear to have spiritual membranes similar to the Feywild and the Shadowfell in which demonic and angelic entities still dwell after the fall of the gods, allowing them to cling to the world.

Races allowed
All PHB. Volo's (monsters are at risk of being hunted down though). Custom races mentioned in the New Subraces section.

Class Restrictions
Clerics are not permitted.
The Divine Soul sorcerer is not allowed.
Artificer is not allowed.
Paladins are allowed and while they may claim divine power arcanist sages consider the source of their power similar to sorcerers.
Druids are followers of the old faith and derive their power from the world

Spell Restrictions
The following spells are not allowed.
True Resurrection
Resurrection
Raise Dead
Any spell contacting or allowing travel to the astral plane and outer planes
