4. What type of character are you playing? I know the classes, but I don't have a good grasp on what you hope to accomplish with those classes.

For instance, Rozzick is a wellspring of knowledge and is a martial powerhouse (especially with unarmed/natural attacks). He has Shapechange active on himself and his familiar for most of the day, so a lot of shapeshifting occurs. In battle, he likes to transform into something with a lot of attacks, or something good at grappling. Or even a huge giant so that he can keep his armor and shield bonuses. His familiar often supports him with forms that have breath weapons or other special abilities.

So:

1. While tempting, I'm going to say no.

2. Nothing jumps out at me that is necessary.

3. It's up to you about this. I'm literally already immune to everything the spell stops except for the extremes in pressure. I'm immune to disease, poison, already immune to temperature extremes (completely immune to fire), and don't have to eat or breathe.

Aria is a skill monkey that is good in melee and ranged combat. If you've seen the movie Equilibrium with Christian Bale, think a Grammaton Cleric with the ability to cast Bard spells. So, I do have some healing and some utilitarian spells as well. She's very good on the defensive end with high AC, good saves, good immunities/resistances, and all kinds of interesting tricks. She also can fly, swim, and breathe underwater. Very, very fast and mobile. She is also telepathic.

Might as well keep the Life Bubble, even if it is mostly redundant. Maybe we will need to go into deep ocean pressure or something. Or maybe you'll get stuck in the crossfire when Dainty breaths some Gorgon breath. Dainty and I won't gain much by excluding you from the spell, so might as well share it.

I want to apologize to you two - the weekend was busier than I expected and I did not have a chance to start us yet.  I'm currently looking to start on Wednesday.

No rush.

No worries. It will give me more time to work on the description of my Demiplane. I have it mostly mapped out in my mind, but still need to actually write it out.

Hey GM, I got to thinking, would it be totally unreasonable for Rozzick to have given his demiplane the enhanced magic trait numerous times so that all types of magic are enhanced? Basically the effect would be that any spell cast on the demiplane would be at +2 caster level.

If that is allowed, is it ok if I still make that adjustment to my sheet? If not, that's fine too. I just wanted to ask because Rozzick would have thought about that possibility if it existed. (He is a lot smarter than I am.)

Seems reasonable to me - the rules certainly allow it.

(Mostly just using it to increase spell durations an extra little bit at the start of his day.)

Ack! A fussy baby consumed all of the time I had planned to spend posting here tonight. I want my first post to be worth reading, so I unfortunately I must delay it a bit longer.

I think Rozzick personally would be most immediately concerned with the missing box in the old Archwizard's lair. (He was unaware of the secret room, correct?) But it wouldn't be too terribly difficult to convince him to look into one of the other two plot hooks first.

And no, playing second fiddle doesn't bother me at all. You're a powerful Archwizard, be proud...;-)

Also no pressure on the post quality. We'll have all kinds of days. Some of our posts will be the best we can offer on that particular day.  The great posts will still happen when it's the right day.  :-D

I don't mind taking the lead on this one, but I would definitely prefer if we were eachothers' sidekicks. As in, we have equal authority. I don't want to be Batman and Robin. I would much rather be Superman and Wonder Woman. ;-)

Great posts - I am very impressed!  I'll give it another day in case you two want to exchange any further comments or make preparations, then I will advance the plot.
