Posting Conventions

For World 1, the PCs are in the top five most powerful beings (at least on the material plane). You are closer to Belgarath than Gandalf. You can stomp most but not all adversaries. Unless you tell me otherwise, at least some people know this about you.

• It is optional to use a color for speech.
• The rule of cool applies, and you are allowed some leeway for style and description
• Use the past tense
• Use third-person pronouns
• You can invent minor NCPs and world details to back up your roleplay
• It is fine to develop a strategy in OOC to speed things up
• Combat might sometimes be streamlined after the first few rounds if necessary
• The GM may move the plot forward even if a player hasn't posted to keep the game moving

Try to give a heads up if you'll be out for an extended period. If you need to drop out of the game or go on an unannounced hiatus, it happens - especially on RPoL. Your PC will remain your property. However, the GM can NPC your character as needed for plot purposes or to keep things moving.
