Raichel giggles and says, "Mittens just spoke Korean. Now for Japanese..." she punches, "Ichi, ni, san, yon, go, roku, nana, hachi, kyuu, juu... and Mandarin... Yī, èr, sān, sì, wŭ, liù, qī, bā, jiŭ, shí..."
Beth smiles at Mittens, drilling a fist into Mitts' shoulder and says, "Was just teasing, Mittens."
To Lev, Raichel says, "Wouldn't that technically be the case for any language? Say something confidently and people think you are confident. Say the exact same thing timidly and people think you're a pushover."
Bethany says, "I dunno. I've had people laugh at my dad when he gets mad and shouts things in French. I'm guessing French doesn't sound intimidating no matter what."
