I know that feeling - the Undead got it easy!

Im at that age as well - injuries take longer to heal, sneezing throws the Back out of whack and remembering what you came into a room for to get is a common occurrence....

I remember a comedian I heard speaking truth-- "You fall down at 18, you bang your knee, you jump back up and run off and forget about it an hour later. You fall down at 38, you mess up your knee, it hurts, and you're like 'that's it. My knee will hurt like this forever.' And it's true, it will. It'll be like that forever now."

RL work has been full on and I don’t have anything (yet) to add IC…. So post without me Flore :)

Dear GM and Fellow Undead,

It is with a heavy heart that I announce my decision to end my time in this game.  With my work and school schedules now, I do not have the time or mental energy necessary to give this game and my fellow players the attention they deserve.

I have immensely enjoyed my time role-playing with you.  Your enthusiasm and creativity has been engaging and inspiring over the past years.  Thank you so much for sharing your time to help create a world with me.

I completely understand. It's been my experience that at least 70% of the people on RPol are actively involved in academia in some way, and, well, it's kind of that time of year (as indeed it usually is, except summer I guess).

I'll remove you from the game soon (remind me if I don't).

I apologise if my slow posting is why you’re leaving, Bill. I’ve been very sick lately and have been in and out of hospital for surgery and chemo. It’s very now, as far as I know, so I’m trying to get my energy back so I’m able to post more. Please stay. I enjoy gaming with you and would like to continue.

Dealing with pain, fatigue, and depression along with the nasty side effects of chemo but the good news is I've finished what is said to be the last rounds of trying to kill me with nasty drugs and should be able to get back to posting shortly. My strength improves slowly but surely. I'm missing some bits but the rest of me is still around.

2. Would it help if I super hurried things up and got you teamed up with Flore and Trina as planned?

Or would it be better if I stalled just a bit more to give you a bit more time to improve?
