"...Rushing me already, eh?" said Kinexa, grinning.  "Well, I suppose I can manage something..."

She fiddled with a bracelet she was wearing; the monosuit changed, extruding fabric, retracting panels, shifting to become a sporty outfit with a skirt.

"There, that should do it," she said.

"It doesn't," said Mateo.

"...but yeah, how I learned wasn't good," Toxie admitted.  "That's very true."

"Sorry, I misunderstood what you were saying," Nitocris said.

"I was just trying to show off," Amber said. "But you're looking good."

"Thank you," said Kinexa.  "There's a decent library of variations in here, and color swaps for the variations... well, 'decent library' depends on who you ask, though."

"Hey, it's all good," said Toxie.  "But don't worry.  I'm a party girl, but I do know how to fight.  I had to."

"It is good you can," Nitocris said.

"Are you not happy with it?" Amber asked.

"Oh, it's very useful," said Kinexa.  "Especially when we're traveling a lot and don't have a lot of storage space.  But I wouldn't mind trying some new clothes sometime..."

"...it's good we all can," said Hermione.  "Just by being here, we become targets."

"Yes, but isn't the point of this school to train young heroes?" Nitocris asked. "Us already being trained would be unusual."

"That's easy enough to fix," Amber said.

"True," said Kinexa.  "And maybe another date, too."

"Granted," said Hemione.  "But it's still good that we can."

"It is, but it does raise questions on why we are here," Nitocris said.

"I'm sure we can find something nice for you," Amber said. "There's a good second hand shop a couple miles from here."

"We can visit sometime, then," said Kinexa.  But the monosuit was important defensively, too, so she'd have to be careful...

"Oh, yes," said Hermione.  "I think there's more going on that we know about... as yet."

"It will be something to look into," Nitocris said. "But since we have finished, I wish to go on a stroll with my lover."

"Now then," Amber said as she appeared by you, holding out her arm. "Let's go."

"Well, I don't mind," said Hermione.  "Did you have somewhere in mind...?"
