I'm going to my college graduation celebration today, so I probably won't be around much to respond to messages.  Please bear with me.

is this game really not that fun I know it's slow but i've been trying to invole all my players in the posts happening. We lost Nancy who claimed she wasn't having fun so I'm just cerious if anyone else is having this issue. Again i'm trying to take things slow so everyone can have a chance to post or be involed with what's going on. Please let me know cause if i need to start making changes to how i've been trying to do this then I will to make this game fun for the rest of you.

On a personal level, yes I’m having fun and getting into things.  From my perspective, this game, like many other PbEM and BbP games suffer is that there’s an open world, but nothing for the characters to wrap around.  We have locations, but no events, really, to help the characters get together, save for what we might manufacture (like, say…a ginormous truck appearing out of nowhere).  If we were doing a direct tabletop game, we’d probably be doing a Session 0 to discuss how we might either (a) know each other, or (b) how we might glom together or whatnot.

As I see it right now, we have two factions forming.  We have Selena’s faction, and we have Draco’s faction.  What do each of them want?  Are they rivals?  Enemies?  Personally, I sort of envision Draco as Colonel Fury and Selena as Thanos (opposing sides, and you know who the underdog is)

What I think we might need is an event that either can’t be easily avoided, or for whatever reason, characters are motivated to get involved.  Maybe, as a way to keep townsfolk on their toes, Selena decides to send in a parade of the walking dead through downtown—just to remind folks that they live and die at her pleasure?

I’m just throwing stuff out there, but I really think we need an event that brings folks to one faction or the other.  Just my thoughts.

no it's helpful I was trying not to throw you all into the shit and was trying to allow other players to try to join into the fray or the posting happening.. Hense why i was taming down what selena dose at the moment

another issue is i'm trying not to over do it with characters and allow you players to have the spot light and for some reason that's making the game go stale a lot.. I mean theres only so much i can do to make players post with in the game but that can also be pretty boring waiting for other's to post and what not when it's been a while... so like those of you in the quite feel free to pop into the threads and post again where ever invole your self in the story...

Gm is upset that rules keep being ignored mainly this rule 9:Please inform the Gm if you are going to be unable to post for some time, Any un-active players will be removed with in a month of there last post. So if your going to bow out or be gone for a long time tell your gm Thank you.

i mean it isn't hard to send a pm be like hey sorry i'm going to be busy for the summer and plan to rejoin the game afterwards --- something anything to let me know if any players that haven't posted should be doing cause if you don't do that I'm just going to remove you after a month. Though I have been asking Mythrylexa, Star boy and hiro to either rejoin the game or at least tell me what the heck is going on with them that they refuse to post after the time jump or even replace them selfs back into the story... I mean I don't just put rules up for the fun of it I put them up for this very reason ...

It might make sense for me to be in the castle as just being around is a good passive defense mechanism.

Not that Selena needs that she has her own defense system it's called enter if you dare lol
