2025: The first publicly known Altered Person is spotted- A man nicknamed Boulder. He had the power over soil. Many speculations, a lot of disbelief and skepticism.

2027: The first Altered Person Terrorist Attack happens, with a group of unknown assailants targeting the White House. They were not able to achieve their goal, but none were captured.

2028: Program SASPAR is launched, a government controlled program to help those with Abilities learn to hone their skills.

2029: Reports that SASPAR was capturing Altered Persons without their permission files in on forums, but the Major News Networks only sung praises for the United States Government. Other countries establish their versions of SASPAR.

2030-2040: SASPAR grows in size, and seem to have different methods to test and see if someone may be Altered without showing any current Abilities. A small movement began, questioning their testing methods. Still, no other terrorist attacks have happened, so the Mainstream Media still sings their praises.

2041: Omni appears to you, offering you a place to learn your Abilities away from society. Elswin School for the Exceptional. Rumors about the School exists online, but no exact location has ever been disclosed. Mainstream Media has yet to acknowledge the School, still claimed SASPAR is the only and best option.

A very much well known yet highly classified organization, SASPAR is the only recognized organization in charge of Altered Persons, ran by Commander Yev. Well decorated member of the Military Force, Commander Yev has shown in the past 15 years how SASPAR rehabilitates and shows those with abilities the ways to better integrate into society, and be of help to the better good. Yearly, the host an event showing off their most well known members, Alters who have mastered their powers.

If you pay attention to some forums on some websites, fake accounts claiming to be family members of those sent to SASPAR claims to never hear from their children, sisters, brothers, mothers, and fathers ever again. But obviously, they are doing it to do bad publicity against SASPAR. All the members seem happy and healthy during the demonstrations.

Rumor has it they can now get a blood sample and check your DNA for Altered potential.

January 5th, 2027

Reports are filing in from Washington, DC. At 10:43 am today, 4 members of an unknown organization attacked the White House today. Secret Service believe it was an assassination attempt on our current President, ------, but were thwarted. The assailants, currently unidentified, seemed to have some odd abilities, which were reminiscent of Boulder from a few years ago. Something obscured their faces, and their voices, making them unidentifiable, but did not seem to effect their sight. The Secret Service was able to injury one of the assailants, so bullets do effect them.

Cries of outrage have been heard, and the President is currently meeting with the Chief of Staff and National Security Advisor. Rumor has it, Commander Yev has arrived to join the Congress. As word comes in, we will keep you up to date. Now, back to Joy Burgess with the weather. Joy?
