Mein Einselb wakes up in a large field surrounded by a 10' high wire mesh fence, with her things being as close to her now as they were a minute ago. But El and Gorgo are nowhere to be seen. There are no other Scriff Vectors.

Suddenly a spotlight shines on Mein Einselb from a nearby tower, and a siren begins to go off.

She sighs "This again?" She picks up the shrunken skull and the sword, and shrinks all but one of the guns tossing them in the skull. She fires the magic gun at the light and sirens using wind and earth magic to make sure the bullets hit them... as she isn't the best with guns and don't trust her aim particularly with a light shining in her face.


She will 'jump' / fly over the fence and leave quickly after that.

If she can get a lead on getting away she will use air magic to make her smell go all over the place so it's hard to follow her. Use earth magic to create fake tracks. While creating enchanting magic to create a mental maze of sorts so anyone trying to follow her will just get lost, magic causing them to get lost and walk in circles.

Immediately a foot-chase ensues, and human guards try to hunt her down with automatic rifles and laser blasters. They lose sight of her almost right away, and she is able to get away. However, they soon launch a wave of about 30 drones into the air. The drones spot her within a few seconds.

Is anoyed by the drones ingoring all her fun she left behind for them.... so she just overloads them by pulling all the order out of them / pumping them full of chaos.  (forgot which she ended up getting or if it was both or how that worked out in the end)

"Robots are no fun at all..... but they do make for dramatic endings"  Hopefully the last in time/tune with some sparks flying or some explosions. >.>

They crumble to parts and dust and then the dust ignites and explodes.

And in the most graceful imaginable pose - the power of the fair folk demands it.

Sirens begin to blare, red lights flashing everywhere. Then the sound of jets is heard in the distance, and within a second, Mein Einselb sees the jets on an intercept course with her.

Using Enchanting, swamp magic, water element, earth element, and pumping a lot of chaos into her sroundsings she makes as much of the sounding areas explode with life growing up and out giving her thick uncompromising canopy and towering trees and vines to may low flight dangerous (passably even grasping out as the planes as they grow) while still twisting and writhing to give her a path to fly though.

"I'm going to start thinking this is intentional if this keeps happening." two places in a row, and she wonders how they know where she is. She uses fae magic to look for a passage into the fae world if it's in this world, or a place one could be created.

She manages to create an intensely poisonous jungle/marsh around her, which extends partially into the fenced-in area.


In this case, it's fairly likely to simply be sight.

So she manages to create a passage in a faery ring which grew up around an old stump when she created the jungle.

The fae world of this universe is dead. There is no life, only the skeletal remains of variously sized fae and mythical creatures. Even the color is drained out of everything, leaving the fae world grey and dismal. As long as she explores this fae world, she'll find nothing but skeletal remains and crumbled ruins. Even the castles of the immortal fae have fallen and decayed. There aren't even living plants.

But she is not being followed any longer.

Back in the physical realm, hundreds of soldiers are going to search the new jungle for days before giving up. Many of them will die by the Chaos enhanced poisonous creatures and plants.

Tries to see if there any remains intact enough to be reanimated to inquire what happened here.... or any lingering spirits she could talk to. Fae in there nature are beings of chaos bound by laws on the brink of life and raw creation on the side of things where life would be coming into the world.... for there world to look more like a world where life is fading from it don't bode well for wherever she has found herself.

After hours of (even magically enhanced) searching, only Queen Mab is found to be stable enough to reanimate to any degree - and even then her skull dislodges from her body and she is only barely able to move her skull enough to communicate.


The reanimated skull of Queen Mab feebly whispers, "Science grew, and people lost belief in us. Religions dwindled, and all spirits began to fade. It all began when the Archmage Galileo Galilee bound the entire spirit realm. No one foresaw the doom, for that was part of the binding of the spell. He tied the rise of science to the fall of magic, and used the power of magic to compel the growth of science. We now believe he intended to reverse the spell before his death, but he was beheaded by the Pope before he could finish his plans."

She frowned some at this "So he tried to bring about more science by sacrificing magic for some time, but ended up sacrificing all of magic." So technology killed her people and more. "Can you guide to where this spell is woven? I can't bring back what was lost but I can try and birth something new in it's place and make the world that took your people pay."

She might not be able to reverse the spell, but she could die trying as she clearly could die over and over again and keep coming back.... just some where else, and in a world where magic was being drained to fuel scientific advancement she wouldn't last to long anyway if she didn't try and reverse or destroy the spell.

"No one knows where he was at the time, but his body remains in the Basilica Sciencia in Florence. His head is in the vaults of the Vatican.

"Mother Mab has seen her children rise,
Her fruit has borne no compromise,
They have reached stars in their eyes,
But now they must turn and grow wise.
Or die.

"May you do as I would do, and give them the way forward through magic, but not the easy way."

With these final words, the skeletal remains of Queen Mab begin to crumble to dust.

When/if she arrives, she will find that the Vatican is heavily guarded. The Basilica Sciencia is less guarded, but there are plenty of tourists around.

She likely only needed one or the other, unless they had some knowledge of what he did and put some protection agents his revival in place. She would try and retreave the body as quitly and stealthily as possible with illutionary magic making it seam like she was never there and it never was taken if possable. Replacing it with the body of one of the guys from the last reality if any of them came with her making it look like his... or using an illusion if not.

If she can't raise the body with out the head she just try another head, or try a ritual to summon/teleport the head to the body.

She really don't want to go to consecrated ground where they have lots of cast iron. Don't sound like a fun time to her.

And no she didn't plan on killing everyone, though she was quite aware that there was likely several people who relied on tech to live, maybe even cyborgs,  who would die in mass. The majority though would find ways to live through magic as Mab had said.

She tries to raise the body without a head, but the life just gushes out of the neck.
She tries to raise the body with a different head, but she gets the mind of the person whose head she used.
She tries to summon the head, and the body jolts toward the Vatican and falls limp to the ground.

She will dig up a body some where out of the way to use so she don't attract attention.... she would like to attract as little attention on this part as possible.

She will use her sactuary/skull for the head them... the mind of a long dead giant she had enslaved. It won't be able to make much use of the body unless it has ice magics or any somatic skills but it's better than nothing and she don't have to carry it around. She travels causiously to the vadican not wanting to trip any deffenses or be picked up by anything that might be searching for magic if they have the means.

She takes stock of what she can using as little magic as possible. She wants to see what they have before diving head first in. If possible she wants to do this quietly she knows she has to stick to gorilla war tactics till the spell is broken or reversed.
