Sounds good. I thought we were going to start as strangers, but this works out too. So we are registered Metas?

Registered metas would be those that don't maintain a secret identity. The only penalty faced by unregistered metas is in the judicial system as only minors subjected to certain offenses are allowed to testify incognito.

So, if we are unregistered metas, then it is harder to get someone convicted of a crime, since our testimonies are invalid. We will have to make sure to have other forms of evidence.

And actually, if we are registered means we can still have a secret ID from the general public as long as the authorities know who we are.  Of course that does mean people with the know how will be able to discover our identities.

And it is possible that registered metas and unregistered metas can operate together.

We created a little encounter for our characters to meet, fighting Mole men, but that is entirely Player created.

No idea, will still have to get feedback on whether the Foundation is something people are happy with. From there on whether we want to be registered or not.  Whether we are secret or public.

Well I would imagine busting up the Moleman attack was pretty public.

As a stranger on your little planet, The Zenith has no comprehension of your rules and guidelines. I guess her interest in registering would be based on who, and how the idea was brought to her attention. She could easily become recalcitrant if threatened or pushed.

I am happy for us to be working for a private foundation, but Dr Archer is a well known figure:  she is registered as Meta, and doesn't try to hide her identity while doing/being so.

A private foundation sounds like a fine idea. I’m leaning toward Rock Star having a public identity and be registered also.

The main advantage to being registered is that you can be a witness in courts.

Zenith, I almost think you need to be registered since otherwise you will be an illegal alien technically.  If you want to be in wrestling competitions, it would be easier if Zenith is registered.

Never had to deal with a septic system, sounds like a really really bad day! Well if everyone is going to be registered that does seem to make my job easier! Being an agent sort of makes it a gimme that I am a known entity with the government. Also let’s me work in a position assigned to help your foundation out.
