Still watching the game.  My concern is what kind of organization we are going to be part of.

One that fights bad guys! Come on and join us, throw a few punches and see how well the character concept works.

Ok, I'll join at the end of this turn ... in time to join the fray with the next rounds initiative rolls.

It's not impossible for Archer, and/or Kestrel for that matter, to show up now that the threat has been shown to be a real threat.

Empress has arrived as well, and she wants to help.  Hopefully the team is ok with that?

She’s not concerned with joining any teams at the moment, just stopping a rogue mech from wreaking havoc.

I rolled Init and took an action, but Empress is not in Init order.

I'm fine waiting for next round if necessary.

Actually, the lead up to this is in Mega Storm. It would explain everything about where the giant robot came from and why these particular heroes are there. I was waiting for the next turn to put your character in the initiative order, for convenience sake.
