"What was all that?" Rania asked.

"Those girls say they have an app that can lead them to haunted, supernatural places," said Yasmin.  "I'm kind of worried that they'll get themselves killed.  That would make a lot of trouble for us."

"Ah. That's pretty weird though. Who would release an app like that?" Rania asked.

"That's a good question," said Yasmin.  "I guess it's just marketed as a sightseeing or navigation app..."

It crossed her mind that this might be a good way to set up some humans to become food... if you didn't realize that 1) they could be tracked by their phones, leading hunters RIGHT TO YOU, and 2) humans loved broadcasting everything they were doing, causing the same problem.

"Could it be one of us or even hunters?" Rania asked.

"Yeah, but I'm not sure what hunters would get out of it," said Yasmin.  A vague thought crossed her mind... about a certain cafe.  But that would be so risky, wouldn't it?

"I don't know. Could it be a coincidence?" Rania asked.

"Possibly," said Yasmin.  "I still want to see, though.  If it's real, it's a riddle that we ought to solve."

"No fair putting it like that," Rania said.

"Oh, sorry!" Yasmin laughed.  "But seriously, if that thing is real, it's a danger to all of us."

"What do you want to do about it?" Rania asked.

"Well, first, I'm going to download it," said Yasmin.  "And also check out who made it and stuff.  And, you know, try it out and see if it's all just rumors.  But if it's not... I guess I'll have to track down where it came from."

"I can help, but I thought we were checking out that bakery/cafe?" Rania asked.

"Oh, we are," said Yasmin.  "But this is for later on."

"Ah, okay. Make sure you bring me," Rania said.

"Absolutely!" said Yasmin.  A vague idea about Raina was buzzing in the back of her head; she'd have to examine it at some point.

"Okay, that's set then," Rania said.

"Great!" said Yasmin.  "Let's get going, though."

"Right," Rania said as the first bell rang.

Yasmin hurried to class.

You manage to get to class just in time for the second bell. And the normal, human school day went on.

John and Garnet barely managed to slide into class just in time to be slightly late.

...and soon enough, it was time for Monster Class!

Garnet made sure to get a seat by her boyfriend.

Yasmin made a point of sitting next to Rania; it seemed like that was a thing that she wanted.
