Re: OOC

So she is. I thought that's what the little double box was for. Well, anyway. I gave it a shot.

I think the double box means there is also something else in that location.

Re: OOC

The double box is Pan on top of the tree token he summoned (I'll move him to beside the tree next turn so the maps' easier to read).  He's 60' up, which leaves him outside the area of entangle.  Chiulu is at L12 and flying, which means she's out of entangle range too.

Re: OOC

All good. I could do a lot worse than forcing 4 saves and trapping them in difficult terrain. It's still half damage on a save.

I really need to get a Wisdom potion for times like this where I care if they make or fail the save.

Re: OOC

I’ve changed. Same build, different skin.

If I lay recommend something, for when you have 1 or 2 prep rounds, you may be better of investing in a few scrolls of Mass/Communal Owl/Cat/Bear thing. Then each standard action spent buffing affects everybody. You all can use better dex/con/wis. Maybe less relevant for the other three.

Re: OOC

Ability score buffs only have Mass variants and those are high enough level that I expect most people to belt/headband them.

Re: OOC

More importantly the sun will grow cold before we can buy scrolls for 6th level spells.

Other considerations, it's not a bad idea especially for the Save associated abilities.

Like I'm never going to have a cats grace belt.

Re: OOC

Not too poorly, but it it that time of the year. Today I'm giving a final, evaluating Capstones projects, and mixed throughout I have 2 faculty meetings. If all that finishes early enough I'll pickup my son from school so he can practice maneuverability before the bus leaves for his swim meet.

So, its mid December. And you?

Gorum by your rolls in your post Pat had a 25 roll. Can you please look closer?  Unless you don't place the name in order with the roll?

Re: OOC

Goddamn it.  Sorry, I somehow reversed the results of the spell!  Yes, del and pata both made their saves, while dorfan and Audrey failed.

I made that last post in a rush while distracted, and somehow managed to make a million basic mistakes.  Hopefully that was the last of them.

I was going to mention that burning entangle is rounds per level and destroys any of the foliage in the area when it's done. So if the battle goes that long the overlap area won't be entangled.

Re: OOC

Just a heads up, but my posts are gonna be a bit sporadic for the next two weeks.  My job has temporarily gone from "sitting in a trailer in the middle of nowhere waiting for something to go wrong" to "sitting in a truck in the middle of nowhere, etc."  Which involves significantly less wifi, or cell reception.

I'll try to get the NPC turn out either tomorrow or the next day, but I have to ask for some patience for the next little bit.

Re: OOC

"human-bane" seems to be the number one special quality for taking us down. Is anyone here that has no human blood?

Pool Sinetal, that nauseated duration mostly cancels him out. He might as well surrender.

@Gorum: How do the tree, branches, and whatnot interact with charging lines? In case something wants to fly-charge towards the general direction of Pan.
