Why PM thread and not exclusive normal thread?

It can be a normal thread if more are involved. When it was only 2 PCs, it didn't make sense to assign a group of just 2 to a new group is all.

Marino would help Tapper. All the influence and money goes a long way to get information. XD

Gabriel makes sense a lot b/c our characters live together. Ophelia and Tapper haven't had really had a chance to interact so that doesn't seem right, especially since we're already planning another scene for later than this would happen (the night immediately after court).

That's fine, I didn't mean to crowd I misinterpreted an open invite. I would have justified the involvement as getting nudged as a Knight and the whole "we need to work with other covenants" as the excuse

James would be as his char has a connection of some sort with homeless people and yet he never talked to your char.... and he ended up in a meeting so I don't know how that's work out.

I see the possibility for a convoluted series of connections making it possible for the Invictus contingent to participate. Shall I elaborate?

Firstly, as a member of the Movement it would be justifiable to listen to O's concerns, but more importantly, as I have been graciously adopted into the shared Haven, I would be easily accessible to our Shadow to express her very real concerns.

Second point of interest, perhaps lighter of note, but since I missed out on Court I'm going to have to learn of a certain Daeva's return to the Scene from the rumor mill. I imagine if J had a connection to the unwashed masses prior to his departure Clover would be aware and gossiping is ever so much fun. What better reason to reconnect? I'm sure even Valentina would approve of maintaining friendly communications between the Carthians and Invictus.

How things devolve from there I suppose would rather be up to James. Recompense of some form would be appreciated.

V.V. is up for the missing homeless investigation, and offered her assistance when chatting with Ophelia at Elysium!  She runs in (and hunts) the downtrodden and seedy circles this investigation would likely lead to, and has tracking capabilities.  She also adds a chaotic/dangerous element to her scenes, so I will leave it to Ophelia's discretion on whether she wants to bring that into her operation.  No hard feelings if the answer is NOPE ;P

Yes, completely up to Ophelia if any of what I've offered goes forward. It is her hook to sink. Also, I have no intention of being directly involved. More on the periphery while I indulge other interests. Always a phone call away though should you desire my company, O darling. ~_^

Seems like we're breaking out into separate groups -- which is great. The summit was fun but confusing as to who was where and talking to who. My question now is how do we manage different time threads? Ricka is involved in something happening later the same night, but wants to help Ophelia get her investigation thread started -- the next night.

Should I just post into both independently? Work out the paradox stuff later? Ricka got destroyed last night, but she was full of ideas this evening, sort of stuff?

VV is currently in three scenes on three different timelines, for which I've been tracking stuff like health and vitae separately.  They have been "low risk" RP scenes (if there can be such a thing in this game), so it hasn't been an issue thus far!  ST has been open to run multiple scenes like that at once, and if any issues arise they can be resolved as appropriate :)

A quick update!

I know I've been MIA for past few days, sorry about that! Long weekend fun + a couple of brutal days at work left me with very little energy to keep up with Rpol. In any case, I'm hoping to look at things at some point tomorrow and reply to threads/PMs.

All that said, I also will be MIA again for a bit next week. Will be flying out to Nicaragua for my sister's wedding (July 13-18) and will be unable to post/reply to PMs during that time.

I appreciate the patience guys, and no need to worry about this game shutting down, but did wanted to give you all a heads up about my absence so folks don't get too worried :)

- Gregarious by nature so will entertain questions and curisoties in general
