Narrator:
Ok. Keeper or the 'old keeper' wasn't a City Kistune. He's a druid. Not even close to a city kitsune. Not trying to be rude. Kam is correct-he never was a city kitsune unless you wish ot change your backstory which could work.
*raises hand*
I would like to point out that city-kitsune was a joke on my part. To emphasize that my guy is a panicked mess right now. Not hysterical, but frightened by new and alien situation.
He'll start thinking rationally once he "calms his tits".
Narrator:
No one has seen or hear of any type of dinosaurs. So even with knowledge (Nature), survival, ect. no one has any proof of what they are. At least not yet. You can make knowledge checks and other chechs to figure out what they hunt, if they hunt. You'd need time to study them.
I believe that I could answer that?
Survival skill including stuff like recognizing animals that are safe-ish to hunt for food. Like carnivore from herbivore. The latter attacking people much less, for example.
Knowledge(Nature) - To remember things druids learn, and other people with knowledge like that, about how animals and plants work. Generalities but based on solid knowledge and learning about Nature methodology.
Narrator:
Last keeper I'd say no, wasn't a nervous wreck. Helped out the group. He didn't really ask questions, kept to himself but was a person to talk to if anyone needed anything (I kinda threw him in that direction once his old character took off with a big huff).
Thanks for the info. The main, noticeable, differences will be this panic attack and my Keeper having a different accent and slightly altered mannerisms.
Narrator:
Unless the group sees what they eat, hard to tell.
ANd even then it's best to see the teeth. :)
Narrator:
I'd like to say he is the same as before when they first met but the island can change someones views and make them jumpy. But I don't think it would make Keeper run away from anyone. Druids gain their magic from the earth and forest. Trees and water. But that doesn't mean the druids can have a lack of faith, like clerics or paladins. Or any holy sort.
Keeper have even ready excuse for why's so jumpy! Telling outsiders he doesn't trust "Kami-sama pranked me by tossing my incarnation back or forward" would be sounding silly outside of context, right? "Hungry predators I barely escaped from."
Is a good, solid excuse. :D
