(OOC) Character Generation
This game will be using Mutants & Masterminds 3e/ DC Adventures rule set. There is a convenient SRD which can be fount here: https://www.d20herosrd.com/

The starting Power Level is 9.

This game is set at early/minor Post-apocalyptic. There have been no heroes for 50 years until the emergence of your PCs. Try to keep character powers thematically tight (e.g. My hero Academia, each power set has a theme. Try to avoid the Superman/Martial Man Hunter idea of "My power is everything".)

Some effects will be moderated:

Regeneration-- I am not allowing a healing factor. To be clear, you CAN take the 'healing' effect which takes an action to use; just not wolverine/deadpool style automatic self-healing.

Immunity-- You can not be immune to all damage or all melee/ranged damage or similar effects. Try not to muchkin too hard. It's not fun for everyone else at that point. If you are super tough, take 'Impervious' instead.

Summon/Morph-- These are allowed, just you will have to keep track of your own summons/other forms.
