The peasant arrives at the noble quarter, a small (small for the area) house on the edge of it.

"Here you are, m'lady," the peasant says with that grin still on his face.

Hanako stepped off and inclined her head "You have my gratitude" she said.

"Not a problem, yer ladyship," the peasant said. "Happy to help out."

He bowed low and headed off.

Hanako took a deep breath and walked towards the house and knocked.

An elderly man with a high quality robe answered the door.

"Can I help you, young lady?"

Hanoko bowed "I am Mirumoto Hanako. I am the fiancé of Shosuro Ichiro and have come to pay my respects" she said.

"Ah, Hanako-san, you have grown so much, I didn't recognize you! Come in, come in," the old man said.

"Thank you" Hanako said as she entered the building.

The house had a few luxury items here and there, a bit of art here and there, some flower arrangements and the like.

"Boy, get up, your fiancé is here," the old man said ahead of you.

"Did I come at a bad time? " Hanako asked "I apologise for not sending word ahead"

"It's fine, it's fine," the old man said, getting a better look at his face, he wore a simple mask of thread looped around his head. Finally his son appeared. He was a large, muscular man, easily what you imagined a crab to look like. He had short hair and a simple fox mask on.

"It's really nice to meet you," the giant man said.

Hanako bowed low "I am pleased to meet you as well" she said hiding her surprise at Ichiro's appearance.

Ichiro bowed back.

"Sorry, I'm still kinda surprised I'm getting married."

"Truely?" Hanako said "would you tell me a bit about yourself?" She asked.

"We'll, I'm an artist, I do paintings and the like," Ichiro said. "What about you?"

"I hope you can show me your work" Hanako said "I'm a Yojimbo for a hardheaded magistrate. She is very good at her job, but needs someone to watch her"

"That does sound like it could be a pain," Ichiro said.

"It can be at times, but her enthusiasm and sense of justice are inspiring " Hanako said.

"As long as you enjoy it, I Guess that's what's important," Ichiro said.

"Indeed so, do you enjoy being an artist? " Hanako asked.

"I do, yeah," Ichiro said. "I know people find that surprising about me."

"You will I hope forgive my forthrightness. But you do not look like how most people imagine an artist too" Hanako said "Would you show me some of your work? I think it wild help me to learn more about you"

"I sure can," Ichiro said, bringing you to a room on the second floor. It wasn't big, but was set up with several bits of painting supplies. "This series of paintings is about the time the Crab invaded and captured the city, only to make fools of themselves."

To your eye, he is a pretty talented artist and there was an amusing sense of motion to his series of Crab embarrassments.

"These are very good" Hanako commented as she examined them she indicated one where a crab was about to trip and fall "I can easily see the trip and his landing from this"
