Silas attacks the same wolf that Barghujin is attacking in hopes that wolf won't go after him due to being busy with her. He tries to stab it with one hand, while having other ready to push head away if wolf turned. He is not used to physical combat though....

Silas manages to make a small stab through the last wolf’s hide.

Driven by pain as much as starvation, the last wolf lunges at Barghujin’s throat. Crimson splatters in a bloom.

Yngvar swings his staff at the wolf on Barg, but swings wildly and misses yet again! He is in terror!

Dantes recovers from his previous fumble then prepares to heal Barghujin.

With the wolf on top of her and inside the range of the spear, Barghujin attempts to punch the wolf, but the wolf manages to evade the blow.

Barghujin sees the business end of Gremo’s weapon erupt through the wolf’s belly, stopping a few inches from her body.

The last wolf is defeated.

Dantes helps pry the wolf off Barghujin and drags the corpse clear. Seeing her wounds, he speaks a prayer of healing and gestures over her.

After everyone calms down and binds their wounds, the party is able to finish putting the bodies to rest with a benediction from Dantes.

"By the gods, I thought we were dead! They were so hard to hit! Anyone thinking of some nice wolf pelts to make a warm cloak or something?" he asks with a grin.

She gets to her feet.

Before the party leaves they conduct a final straightening up of the cabin out of respect. During the process you find clothing for four, a couple iron pots, genuine silver cutlery worth 20 gp), a fine dagger, the lumberjack's axe (comparable to a battle axe), and a small locked strongbox.

Tenpiece prays to his god the first thing, saying an extra prayer for the former residents that have passed. "Can we get the lock open, or do we need to break it open?" He asks.

Yngvar packs the pots in his pack, he needed pots to cook afterall. He wondered about the dagger.
