Very exited to be playing with you all! I’m curious what folks are leaning toward playing. I really like making characters with others in mind or that share some backstory. I think Marbleowl and I were going to make characters that are siblings or something, but it’s fun to try and incorporate more connections if anyone has initial ideas.

Quinn is a bard with a rockstar complex. Cocky, flashy, self-indulgent... but hey, he means well!

Happy to have a connect backstories with anyone - or everyone! I mean, I am sure you have all gone out of your way to see one of Quinn the Amazing's shows! Haha


FYI - being 4th of July weekend and our granddaughter's 6th bday this weekend, my contributions here will be intermittent through Tues.

I’ve just rolled up a 15 int, 5 dex, fighter. He’s a scholar warrior in the sense he’s intelligent and bookish and not that good at fighting. He’s also hideous and arrogant and loves fine wine which his parents taught him how to make, as they are Vinters. He’s part of the family biz and out to promote the family brand. He’s even brought his adopted Sibling with him. . . Marbleowl, donno what they’re playing yet.

If his Profession is Scholar, I'd give them an extra language, either Draconic or one of the foreign Human languages I've listed.

Nice! I rolled cartographer for background skill and was thinking of something like a travelling paladin, mapping his way across the continent, noting where the loyal and the heretics live, evil shrines and such. Anything there that might touch upon what you're thinking?

Such an important endeavour would of course require competent folk of all kinds.
