As people trickle in, just want them to see that we now have five players total, although some are picking characters so won't formally appear yet. So we are good to go! My view is that starting with five players is ideal because - let's be realistic - it's possible that one or two people will drop out. I'd be perfectly happy to run the game with 2-5 PCs, so this gives some substantial flexibility. People have been able to post at least once every day or two, so that should give us good momentum.

If people end up not being able to post very often after all, we might just have to have a chat at some point about continuing with their character, but I'm not going to ambush anyone about this - I'll give you a head's up if I think you're slipping behind, and we can talk about it. (Another option if giving me partial control of your character for situations where you are away, or an immediate action is required of you and so being away is slowing the game too much.)
