There was a selection box that allowed the user to alter the character sheet.  I clicked that option for everyone's sheet.  Let me know if this fixed the issue.

For leveling I want you to roll.  However, the system I use is:

1. Roll the die required for your class
2. Add the maximum for that die
3. Divide by 2
4. Round Down
5. Add all modifiers

EX: Cleric level d8
1. Roll a d8: lets say you get a 3
2. Add 8 to result: 11
3. Divide by 2: 5.5
4. Round down: 5

Alright well lowest roll still gave me +6 to HP

In a bid to save time I previously informed everyone that the rest of the castle is empty.  As far as the statue, if there is something else you want to try with it let me know.  I was just trying to go ahead and move things along so that we are not in a round by round time keeping.  So I guess once again if there is anything you want to resolve or try to mess with again just post it.

Well it would seem to me that our original team of 5 is seemingly down to 2.  I was thinking about opening this up to some new recruits and maybe seeing if we can refresh the group.  That being said we can proceed as a duo and see if the others come in at a later time.  Its just that encounters become more . . . precarious, with a smaller group, I mean encounter CR's can be downgraded to make it some what balanced but with 2 against the world one bad roll means things spiral down very quickly.  Let me know what you guys want to do?

The general mechanics are very similar but there are some big differenes, two that I can think of right off the top of my head is Attacks of Opportunity can be triggered by a few more issues (like getting up from prone) and if I am remembering correctly the Advantage/Disadvantage mechanics did not exist.

While we are in limbo I figure that there should be some compensation for the two of you so I am going to say that you will have 3 days of downtime activities for each day that we are delayed.  Lets go ahead and say that you have 9 days of downtime activity as of today (April 22).  Lets resolve them in a separate thread, ie Downtime Activities.
