Sorcerers are a thing so I assume the idea of bloodline magic is available but would he know it's demonic?

It wouldn't be difficult to find out. so I would imagine he does. It "feels" like demonic magic and has the taint of it in the magic he draws on.

He probably generally follows the Inner Sea pantheon. Particularly Pharasma since she is very popular in Ustalav and Sarenrae since she is a goddess of charity and he has depended on that in the past.

Philosophical he probably reveres Sarenrae more.
