The Eye of Dread is the regional name that Lastwall was located.

Lastwall has been completely wiped out and is now called the Gravelands. Survivors and refugees from Lastwall dispersed into the surrounding nations. That was in 4719.

It is now 4722. So it is still possible for Lastwall to be your homeland.

The Lost Omens World Book has more on the region and surrounding nations starting on o.36.

I was thinking maybe I could’ve gone to Taldor (hoping I have that spelled correctly) and tried to travel with the Knights of Lastwall for a little while, does that work though for the time frame?

What would be your reason for going to Taldor?

I ask because that it is literally the opposite direction of where the campaign will be taking place and the distance would be just long enough for you to get there and immediately turn right around to get to Ustalav and never have a chance to meet the other players prior to the start of the campaign.

Ah okay then not Taldor. I was originally saying there because that’s the strongest presence (from what I’ve read in a short amount of time) of the Knights of Lastwall and it seemed to work.

Ustalav would work out okay, I didn’t realize Taldor was in the wrong direction lol.

Ok, so from your post on Discord, I'm saying you fled to Caliphas, the capitol of Ustalav, because Vigil was in Lastwall and was destroyed with great prejudice.
