We'll be running a fantasy version of the system, using the character stats described in the rules: Strength, Agility, Dexterity, Endurance, Charisma, Willpower, Intelligence, Perception

Human average is 8 in each stat.  We'll start with characters who are a little better than human average, so you can split 80 points among the stats.  If your character concept works better with fewer points, feel free to not use them all.

Character creation is just splitting the 80 points among the character stats.  Each stat must have at least 1 point.

You can start with basic items your character would naturally have.  A farmer might have a hoe or a shovel, for example, if they are working in the fields.

You start with no skills, but will learn skills as you adventure.  We will largely be making these skills up as we go, building a reference list for a typical fantasy game.
