1. Characters start at 1st level

2. No 3rd Party Material

3. Races - All races are allowed, with the exception of custom races.

4. Classes - All classes are allowed. Classes with Unchained variants should use them.

5. Ability Scores & Hitpoints - Ability scores are 20 point buy.

6. Traits - All characters start with 2 traits. You may take a drawback for a third trait if you would like.

7. Starting Gold - By class. You may roll or take average.

8. Alignment - Any alignment is allowed, but good alignments will work best for this adventure.

9. Skills - We will be using the background skills rule variant. Each character receives 2 skill points every level that can be spent on background skills.

10. Preferences - Nothing in this section is banned or against the rules, but for various mechanical or thematic reasons I'm not a big fan of gunslingers, summoners, tieflings, or aasimar. A fun player with a great character character concept will have a good shot at getting into the game with any concept though, so don't let my grumpiness stop you from playing your favorite character archetype!
