Team Starmind's room also has a large table, but square. There are many chairs, but all but one are identical. There is a some sort of projection device in the middle of said table. Schism will notice one chair has a logo of a brain bursting with energy.

Passing through a familiar doorway into room thirteen, Schism couldn't have said exactly what he'd been expecting, but the logo adorned chair certainly hadn't been on the list.  Circling the table to stand beside the seat he brushed his fingertips across the top with a bit of hesitance before glancing back at his teammates.  "Grab a seat, Thinkmaster usually projects in to give briefings before we go back in to get scrambled again."  He noted, pulling the marked chair out to take his own seat as his gaze flicked from one companion's glowing hair to the other's distinctly inhuman ears as his lips ticked up into the faintest smile.  "I feel like there was a bit of a missed opportunity for team outfits here."  The psychic mused, flicking a hand toward his utterly normal combination of black jeans and a light sport jacket in comparison to the rather more exotic garb of his companions.  "If we get paired up again I'll have to try and get hold of something with frills."

 Sam walked into the conference room, her hair swirling around and never stopped moving. Sam smiled at Schism, and said," I am Samantha you can call me Sam and the name they gave me was Star Hair. You are a veteran, what can you do I am strong tough and I have as you can see prehensile hair, I can lift about a 100 tons with my hands or hair." Sam then sat down and watched thirteen as she came in.

Thirteen wearing what she has comes in, "Do you think they have other clothes for us to wear here.  I mean did we bring anything with us.  Do they have anything for us.  If they do will it have a hole for my tail.  Like all these I have no answer too."  Thirteen says totally unsure but finding a chair and sitting down.

She then thinks about what is said.  "Team outfits would be cool.  Like I mean it would be totally awesome.  Something fun.  Is that possible?"  She asks her violet eyes blinking while tail twitching like an actual cat.

 Sam looked at Thirteen and added," Oh my I hope so I cant wear this everywhere. Hpefully we will get answers soon Thirteen. Yes I would love team outfits as well is it possible." Looking at the fearless leader Schism. Sam sits down but her hair is still moving and covers the whole chair.

The unpowered, almost broken looking device at the center of the table comes to life. Once again, the image of Thinkmaster is projected in a holographic display. She seems to be looking at everyone at once, suggesting the image is projected for each person at the table.

"Greetings, team Starmind." She says in her Alexa-like voice. "Your mission is to go the city of Detroit, currently overrun by infected. The Freebooters have a agent there, Blue Crossfire, who has found major resources. However, we have lost contact with him. I believe you are familiar with him, Schism."

Indeed he was. Schism's mentor, Iron Tiger, worked in a team with the high tech archer Blue Crossfire. However, Schism lost contact with him after the rise of the Haze.

"You are to recover Blue Crossfire's remains-or put him down if he is infected. You are also to reclaim any resources he managed to find. If Blue Crossfire has turned, his head must be destroyed with fire. Do you have any questions? They do not have to be mission related." She seems to be directed that last part at Stair Hair and 13.

13 takes it all in and stops and thinks for a moment or two to see if she has any questions.  In reality she has lots but by the same token they are in her head not that important.  Mainly as she was in many regards a child despite all appearances.

Still she waits until the others ask questions so she can gauge what is a proper question and what is not.
